摘要： A cap is provided on a diaphragm, and a first end of a flexible board is connected to the cap. A cover is attached to the cap. The cover directs a second end of the flexible board in a direction away from the diaphragm held by a joint so that the flexible board is supported while being curved. Since the flexible board is not locally bent at an acute angle, a crack is not generated on a copper pattern provided on the flexible board.

摘要： A pressure sensor (1) includes a diaphragm (21) with a bottom formed of a thin-wall portion (210) and a pressure introducing joint (10), in which an austenitic precipitation hardening Fe—Ni heat resisting steel having high mechanical strength is used for the diaphragm (21), while an austenitic stainless steel that is relatively inexpensive is used for the pressure introducing joint (10). The diaphragm (21) and the pressure introducing joint (10) are integrated by welding, and Ni content of a weld portion is appropriately adjusted. Thereby, the pressure sensor (1) achieves high accuracy and reliability, and usage amount of the expensive austenitic precipitation hardening Fe—Ni heat resisting steel can be minimized in manufacturing the pressure sensor (1). Also, since the austenitic stainless steel has an excellent corrosion resistance, the pressure sensor (1) can be used in measurement of a fluid with high corrosiveness.

摘要： An adapter (2) disposed between joint (1) and diaphragm (3) includes an axis portion (21) and a flange (22) projecting radially from the axis portion (21). The axis portion (21) is arranged so that one end thereof does not interfere with the joint (1) and the other end is welded to the diaphragm (3), and the joint (1) is caulked to a peripheral edge of the flange (22). Since the diaphragm (3) is not directly joined to the joint (1), welding is not performed near the joint (1), but can be performed in a wide space where equipment is suitably arranged. In addition, caulking operation of the joint (1) to the adapter (2) can be performed by pressing a caulking portion (12C) formed in advance in the joint (1) against the outer peripheral edge of the flange (22), so that a wide space is unnecessary for caulking.

摘要： A thermal transfer recording apparatus for thermally transferring ink to an image recording paper via a laser beam. In the thermal transfer recording apparatus, at least one of the opposing surfaces of a print head and a platen is curved, and a transfer portion is provided on the print head at a position displaced a predetermined amount from a nip portion which is formed by the print head and the platen such that an image is formed on a recording paper without the recording paper contacting an ink film. With such an arrangement, voids produced in forming images on image recording paper are prevented and it becomes possible to form images on image recording paper without image irregularities.Further, by providing a removed portion on the print head relative to the transfer portion in the above thermal transfer recording apparatus so as to accomplish transfer without both sides of the ink film making contact with both the print head and the image recording paper, it becomes possible to minimize the light energy of the laser beam used to expose the ink film.

摘要： In an audiovisual communication, a first high fram rate video signal is derived from a motion image and converted to a low fram rate low resolution multiframe signal. A second high frame rate video signal is derived from an still image and converted to a single frame high resolution signal. Because of the low frame rates, the frequencies of the low and high resolution signals are within the range of frequencies of a telephone exchange line. A switching matrix is provided to sequentially couple both the low and high resolution signals to a transmission line in response to a mode select signal. The single frame high resolution signal is stored into a memory at the receiving end and repeatedly retrieved out of the memory into a display through the switching matrix.
