    摘要: A driving circuit is provided, which is configured to supply a driving voltage and a driving current to an LED string. A first detection resistor is arranged on a path of the LED string. A voltage source outputs a control voltage having a level that corresponds to the target luminance level of the LED string, and a first threshold voltage that is proportional to the control voltage. A controller generates a gate pulse signal having a duty ratio that is adjusted such that the voltage drop across the first detection resistor matches the control voltage. A first driver drives a switching transistor of a DC/DC converter according to the gate pulse signal. When the voltage drop across the first detection resistor exceeds the first threshold voltage, a first comparator stops the switching operation of the switching transistor.

    摘要: Fluid drainage slopes are formed at a lower frame part constituting a housing that is provided below circuit board housed inside housing. Drainage ports are also formed at a lowermost part of fluid drainage slope in lower frame part. Thus, fluid that forms in the housing flows down from circuit board and onto fluid drainage slopes to be guided downward from fluid drainage slope to reach drainage ports and be discharged to outside housing. It is thus possible to prevent or suppress the occurrence of short circuits in a circuit board caused by fluid generated and/or accumulated inside the housing.

A plurality of first terminal portions 14 constructed by bending the ends of the bus bar 12 substantially in the L shape are arranged side by side along the frame 21, and a falling restriction portion 36 provided at a front edge portion 24F of the cover 24 restricts falling deformation of the first terminal portion 14. By locking displacement restricting portions 30, 37 provided at the outer edge portions of the frame 21 and the cover 24 with each other, displacement of the cover 24 in the direction separated from the first terminal portion 14 with respect to the frame 21 is restricted, and falling deformation of the first terminal portion 14 can be surely prevented.

An oscillator generates a clock signal. A sequence circuit receives the start-up signal and a clock signal output from the oscillator, measures time by counting the clock signal when the start-up signal transits to a predetermined level, and executes a predetermined event at a predetermined timing. The oscillator operates for a period where the start-up signal is at the predetermined level if the start-up signal is at the predetermined level during the period the power key of the equipment mounted with the circuit is being pushed.

    摘要: A laser recording apparatus for printing multi-tone image data by driving a laser diode according to levels of an analog signal containing the image data thereby to modulate a laser beam output by the laser diode, and causing the modulated laser beam to scan a recording medium in transverse directions. The output of the laser diode is stopped or reduced in level for a certain time in each of periods at predetermined intervals, each period corresponding to each pixel in the printed image. This eliminates mode hopping noise and optical feedback induced intensity noise, and hardly gives rise to the problem of electromagnetic wave disturbance. By elongating or shortening the time for stopping or reducing the emission by the laser diode (which time is shorter than the period corresponding to one pixel), the image density may be adjusted without impairing the above advantage.

    摘要: A detection resistor is arranged on a path of an LED string. A controller generates a gate pulse signal having a duty ratio adjusted such that the voltage drop at the detection resistor matches a predetermined reference voltage. Furthermore, the controller receives a dimming control signal which indicates the duty ratio of the burst dimming operation, and generates a corresponding burst dimming pulse. According to the gate pulse signal, the first driver drives an output circuit configured to generate a driving voltage. A second driver switches a path of a driving current between connection and disconnection according to the burst dimming pulse. A duty ratio detection unit controls the frequency of the gate pulse signal according to the duty ratio indicated by the dimming control signal.
