摘要: There is provided a driving control device of an opening and closing body, which drives the opening and closing body in a closed state by a motor through an idling section thereof. The device includes a calculation section for calculating a rotation speed difference between a rotation speed of the motor in the idling section and a current rotation speed of the motor; and an insertion detection section for detecting insertion of a foreign member based on the calculated rotation speed difference and a predetermined threshold value. The threshold value monotonously decreases according to an increase in the rotation amount of the motor to coincide with a fully-closed state threshold value at a predetermined rotation amount of the motor within an error range of the rotation amount corresponding to the fully-closed state, and to maintain the fully-closed state threshold value to a maximum rotation amount in the error range.

摘要: The invention provides a flake graphite cast iron being highly strong and excellent in workability such as cutting performance, which is suitable for use, for example, in internal combustion engine parts and the like, and a production method thereof without using a misch metal. Specifically, the flake graphite cast iron according to the invention includes an A-type graphite with a uniformly and disorderly distributed existence form without directionality; and has a chemical composition containing 2.8 to 4.0 mass % of C, 1.2 to 3.0 mass % of Si, 1.1 to 3.0 mass % of Mn, 0.01 to 0.6 mass % of P, 0.01 to 0.30 mass % of S and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the ratio (Mn/S) of the Mn content to the S content is within a range of 3 to 300.

摘要: A cylinder liner for use in an internal combustion engine has an inner peripheral surface at which a surface treatment layer is formed upon water vapor treatment. The surface treatment layer has a surface configuration capable of providing excellent lubrication oil retaining function and initial break-in property as well as capable of being machined easily. The treatment surface of the cylinder liner has a plateau configuration providing a surface roughness Rz of 0.8 to 5.9 μm, and the plateau configuration is defined under DIN4776 by a reduced peak height Rpk of not more than 0.64 μm, a core roughness depth Rk of 0.05 to 1.8 μm, and a reduced valley depth Rvk of 0.15 to 3.3 μm. For grinding to the surface, a honing machine employs a grindstone containing metal bonded diamond grains at high density. Diamond grain size is not less than 4000.
