    摘要: In a piston type compressor, a housing includes a cylinder block that forms plural cylinder bores and an accommodating hole at a center thereof. The valve port assembly connected to the cylinder block includes suction and discharge ports, suction and discharge valves made of flapper valves. An end portion of the drive shaft rotatably supported by the housing is slidably accommodated in the accommodating hole. The piston in each cylinder bore and the valve port assembly form a compression chamber. The cylinder block forms therein communication holes that connect each compression chamber to the end portion that forms therein a residual gas bypass passage. The residual gas bypass passage connects one communication hole, which communicates with the high-pressure side compression chamber that has finished discharge process of gas, to another communication hole, which communicates with the compression chamber that is lower in pressure than the high-pressure side compression chamber.

    摘要: A single-screw compressor includes a screw rotor, a cylinder wall in which the screw rotor is rotatably accommodated, a driving mechanism which variably drives the screw rotor according to a load, and a slide valve which is provided in a slide groove formed in the cylinder wall. The slide valve faces an outer circumferential surface of the screw rotor to be movable in an axial direction, and to adjust a discharge start position by being moved in the axial direction according to the operating capacity. A discharge side end surface of the slide valve extends in a direction corresponding to a screw land of the screw rotor to which the discharge side end surface faces when the slide valve is moved to a position corresponding to a part load operation state.

An oil supply passage supplies oil from an oil reservoir both to the gas retention space (14) and to a sliding portion of the compression mechanism in a compression space. The oil supply passage communicates the gas retention space with a second space located on an opposite side of the piston from the intake chamber. A second channel is a channel that is different from the oil supply passage. The second channel enables a gas medium to flow from the gas retention space to the second space. Preferably, passage resistance when the gas medium flows through the second channel is less than when the gas medium flows through the oil supply passage.

The rotor core is configured to rotate about a rotation axis and has a plurality of stacked steel plates. The gas passage penetrates the rotor core in its axial direction and allows a gas fluid to flow therethrough from a first axial direction end portion of the rotor core to a second axial direction end portion on the opposite axial side. The oil passage is positioned radially outwardly of the gas passage inside the rotor core relative to the rotation axis. The oil passage allows oil to flow from the second axial direction end portion to the first axial direction end portion, which is opposite to the gas flow direction through the gas passage.
