摘要: An imaging apparatus (20) measures shake of the apparatus by a gyro sensor (9), performs “a center stop control” until receiving an instruction for start of recording the still picture, and performs “a lens correction control” after the start of exposure in the imaging apparatus. The center stop control controls the correction lens position so as to stop a correction lens at an optical axis center position which is a position of the correction lens at which an optical axis of the imaging lenses (1) coincides with an optical axis of a correction lens (2). The lens correction control controls the correction lens position so as to correct blurring of the image formed on an imaging element (3) on the basis of the measuring result. The imaging apparatus (20) returns the correction lens (2) to the optical axis center position before receiving a next instruction for start of next recording after completion of the exposure to the imaging element, and then performs the center stop control on the correction lens (2).

摘要: An image pickup apparatus of the present invention is an image pickup apparatus including an ultrasonic motor 35 that moves a focus lens 24, and further including a correction control part 100 that operates the ultrasonic motor 35 under a predetermined condition. The correction control part 100 is capable of executing a correction process by measuring a frequency characteristic of an applied voltage at the time of operating the ultrasonic motor 35 at a predetermined rotation speed, comparing the frequency characteristic with a preset reference frequency characteristic, and correcting the frequency characteristics on the basis of a difference between the frequency characteristic and the reference frequency characteristic so as to calculate a correction frequency characteristic. Accordingly, even when the frequency characteristic of the ultrasonic motor varies due to wear of the ultrasonic motor and mechanical components coupled thereto, a stable drive can be maintained over a long time.

摘要: In manufacturing a semiconductor device, when a SORI limit value of a silicon single crystal wafer to be material in manufacturing devices, and a bulk micro defect density are defined in fixed ranges for said wafer, as required by the device yield and the gettering capability, said wafer having an initial oxygen concentration capable of simultaneously satisfying said fixed ranges is subject to a preheat treatment for the formation of an oxygen precipitate nucleus by using a time capable of simultaneously satisifying a fixed range between the upper and lower limit values of said initial oxygen concentration and the fixed range of said bulk micro defect density. Use of the process of the present invention will make it possible that the SORI of a wafer is limited to its lowest extent, and a combination of a variety of conditions for insuring the BMD density required for exertion of a desired gettering capability is efficiently chosen in a short period of time without relying upon trial and error.
