摘要: To prevent a reduction in an amount of an ion emission while preventing generation of electromagnetic noise. A high-voltage generating circuit section (2) that supplies a high voltage to an ion generating element (1) that generates ions is housed in a housing (3), and sealed with filled resin (22). An emission port (12) for emitting the generated ions is formed in the housing (3), and an outer surface of the housing except the emission port is covered with a shield case (30). A passage port (33) communicating with the emission port is formed in the shield case. A periphery of the passage port of the shield case is covered with an electrically insulating covering sheet (36) so that emitted ions do not adhere to the shield case. The ions emitted from the emission port do not adhere to the shield case covered with the covering sheet.

摘要: An air filter device includes a permeation film arranged at a boundary portion between an outside air passage and an inside air passage, such that one side surface of the permeation film is exposed to outside air in the outside air passage and the other side surface of the permeation film is exposed to inside air in the inside air passage. The permeation film is configured such that specific gas passes through the permeation film between the outside air passage and the inside air passage. Furthermore, a turbulent flow generation portion is provided to generate a turbulent flow in at least one of the outside air flowing through near the one side surface of the permeation film and the inside air flowing through near the other side surface of the permeation film.

摘要: In an initial stage of a cool down operation of a vehicle air conditioner, a rapid cooling operation is performed while cool air is directly blown to a passenger from direct air outlets. In a later stage of the cool down operation of the vehicle air conditioner, a temperature of an inner wall portion of a passenger compartment is reduced while cool air is indirectly supplied to the passenger of the passenger compartment from the indirect air outlet. Accordingly, cool air can be locally blown to the passenger in the initial stage, and cool air can be supplied to the entire passenger compartment while restricting an adverse effect due to heat radiation of the inner wall portion in the later stage. Thus, operation performance of the air conditioner can be improved while comfortable air conditioning feeling can be given to the passenger in the passenger compartment.

摘要: The present invention integrates a blower unit into a vehicle dashboard and of reducing blower-vibration transmittance to a steering unit. In a vehicle, at least a reinforcement member having a steering support portion and an air conditioner are disposed inside a dashboard, at least a portion of a blower unit of the air conditioner is fixed to a side bracket for fixing the reinforcement member to a vehicle body. Further, the blower unit is integrally mounted inside the dashboard via the reinforcemnt member. This manner can attain both of realizing the modulization that the blower unit is integrated into the vehicle dashboard and of reducing the vibration transmittance from the blower unit to the steering support portion via the reinforcement member.

摘要: In a vehicle air conditioner, an evaporator is disposed at an upper side of a blower approximately horizontally so that air blown by the blower passes through the evaporator from below upwardly. The evaporator is slightly tilted from a horizontal surface by a predetermined angle, and the blower is disposed in such a manner that air is mainly blown by the blower toward the evaporator in a direction substantially parallel to a tangential line at a scroll finish portion of the scroll casing. Accordingly, condensed water on a bottom heat-exchanging surface of the evaporator can be pushed downwardly by component force of the flow of air mainly blown from the blower.
