A method of preparing an antigen-immobilized immuno-fluorescence slide, the method comprising: immobilizing a C-reactive protein on a slide to prepare a protein chip; mixing an antibody that specifically binds to a target protein, with streptavidin to label the antibody with a fluorescent nanoparticle; immuno-reacting the antibody by competitive mixing, assaying with a fluorescence camera, wherein the immobilizing of the C-reactive protein on the slide comprises: modifying the slide with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane to prepare a modified slide; hydrating the slide modified with 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane; activating the modified slide by using a glutaraldehyde solution; dissolving a C-reactive protein at a concentration of 0.01-0.5 mg/ml in a 30-70 mM phosphate buffer solution (pH 6.5-7.8) to prepare an antigen solution for immobilization; placing a petri dish comprising the slide on a spotting guide and spotting 1-100 μl of the antigen solution on spotting points; and performing a reaction on the slide prepared as described above for 1-6 hours to immobilize the antigen, and an immune-fluorescence slide prepared by using the method.

The data reception error reduction system in the acoustic communication in audible frequency range may be configured to reduce a data reception error in a receiver by taking into consideration that a sound signal is noisy and is significantly affected by a change in the ambient environment when the acoustic communication is performed in the audio frequency band through modification of an audio signal or adding of a predetermined signal to an audio signal. Accordingly, the data reception error may be reduced in the receiver even in an environment where a sound signal is noisy and is significantly affected by a change in the ambient environment, and reliability of data transmission may increase.

The coil separator includes a screen portion having a band portion formed on its conical lower end, a neck portion including a wire guiding portion and a yoke clamp fastening portion, and a connecting portion for connecting the neck portion to the screen portion. The connecting portion may include a plurality of projected pins and insertion holes formed on the neck portion and the screen portion, respectively, so that the projected pins fit into the insertion holes to connect the neck portion to the screen portion. As an alternative, the connecting portion may include a spacer which has a predetermined height and is inserted between the neck portion and the screen portion to adjust the length of the screen portion.

Disclosed are a system and a method for transceiving data in an audio frequency band. The system includes a data input unit to input data for acoustic communication into an audio signal, a transmitting unit to transmit the audio signal including the data in the audio frequency band, and a receiving unit that receives the audio signal including the data and performs synchronization of the audio signal through a matched filtering using a matched filter in order to extract the data according to predetermined extraction processing. The data to be transmitted are added to an audio signal and the audio signal is transmitted in the audio frequency band, so that the data for the acoustic communication are effectively transmitted to the recipient in the audio frequency band.
