The recording control unit 110 reserves an area in the data area and records the first data row in the reserved area in sequence, and when switching from the first data row to the second data row for recording, the recording control unit 110 rewrites the management information corresponding to the end of the first file recorded in the reserved area immediately before the switching such that the first file ends at the end and records the second data row from a location subsequent to the end of the first file in the reserved area.
