摘要： The stator of an electric rotating machine includes a stator core constituted of a plurality of split cores joined to one another in a ring, a plurality of phase windings wound around the stator core, and an outer casing to an inner periphery of which an outer periphery of the stator core is fitted with clamping margin therebetween. The outer casing is provided with a brim including at least two brim portions at least at one of axial ends thereof. The brim portions are spaced from each other in a circumferential direction of the outer casing and project in a direction receding from a center axis of the outer casing.

摘要： In designing supersonic aircrafts, a method of designing a natural laminar flow wing is provided which reduces friction drag by delaying boundary layer transition under flight conditions of actual aircrafts. A target Cp distribution on wing upper surface, suited to natural laminarization in which boundary layer transition is delayed rearward in desired Reynolds number states, is defined by a functional type having as coefficients parameters depending on each spanwise station, a sensitivity analysis employing a transition analysis method is applied to the parameters, and a search is performed for the optimum combination of parameters to delay transition rearward.

摘要： A waterproof connecting structure for a pipe for connecting an intake passage of an internal combustion engine and an external gas detector to convey gas into the intake passage. The structure includes a connecting space to which the pipe is connected and a partition wall formed between the intake passage and the connecting space. The connecting space has a larger diameter than the pipe. The partition wall includes an elongate hole for placing the interior of the intake passage and the connecting space in fluid communication. This configuration prevents intrusion of droplets drifting in through intake air and allows a high degree of freedom for location of the pipe.

摘要： A heat transport device includes a container having a hollow structure including a fluid channel, at least one thermal-receiver heat exchanger and one thermal-radiator heat exchanger arranged side-by-side on an outer wall of the container along the fluid channel, and driving heat exchangers at respective terminal portions of the container. In this heat transport device, both ends of the fluid channel are closed to prevent intrusion of external air, and a liquid and a gas are sealed in the fluid channel. The driving heat exchangers cause the liquid to oscillate in the container along the internal fluid channel. The heat transport device provides low acoustic noise performance, improved temperature controllability, high heat transportation and heat radiating capacities, and improved heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics.

An improved rotor of an AC generator for a vehicle is provided, in which a regular winding property of the rotor coil is improved and at the same time, heat of the rotor coil can be more effectively radiated to the rotor core side so that generator output can be improved.
