    摘要: A mold forming and molding technology operable to produce a silicon ingot suitable for obtaining a solar cell substrate is disclosed. A slurry is prepared comprising particles with surface oxide layers operable to bond the particles to each other. An external force is applied to the slurry to eliminate cohesion of the particles to form a de-cohesive slurry, and an inner surface of a mold base is coated with the de-cohesive slurry to form a releasing layer that reduces defects in the silicon ingot.

    摘要: There is provided a method for handling an aqueous solution containing a water-soluble substance that changes into a water-insoluble substance over time, including a step of bringing the aqueous solution to be treated containing the water-soluble substance that changes into the water-insoluble substance over time into contact with a water-insoluble organic solvent, and extracting the water-soluble substance into the water-insoluble organic solvent. Preferably, the water-soluble substance is alkylbenzene hydroperoxide, and the water-insoluble substance is alkylbenzene hydroperoxide-derived alcohol. Preferably, the aqueous solution to be treated is an alkaline aqueous phase separated in a water-washing step in a process of manufacturing the alkylbenzene hydroperoxide that has an alkali extraction step, the water-washing step, an oxidation step, and a reaction solution separation step.

    摘要: An electromagnetic flow meter for measuring the flow rate of a fluid by applying to the fluid a magnetic field generated with an exciting current and measuring the resulting signal voltage generated at a pair of electrodes; wherein the exciting current comprises two frequency components which are lower and higher than the usual commercial frequency and the signal voltage comprises two frequencies which are discriminated so that a higher frequency is extracted as a first output and a lower frequency is extracted as a second output, through a low pass filter having a large time constant. A predetermined operation, such as addition, zero correction, response correction, etc, is carried out on the first and second outputs to produce a flow rate output. The invention has quick response, stable zero point and reduced susceptibility to noises.

    摘要: An electromagnetic flow meter comprising an electromagnetic flow signal generator having a pipe through which a fluid to be measured flows, an exciting coil and a pair of electrodes, an exciting circuit for supplying an exciting current whose normal value is switched at a low frequency to the exciting coil of the generator, and a signal processing circuit for effecting an arithmetic operation and outputting a flow rate signal concerning the flow rate of the fluid based on voltages induced between the electrodes of the generator; wherein to keep constant the exciting current, the exciting circuit comprises a switching regulator for stabilizing a power supply voltage and producing an exciting DC voltage dependent on a voltage setting, a switching circuit connected between the exciting coil and the switching regulator and applying the exciting voltage, while turning ON and OFF at a low frequency, to the exciting coil and an exciting current detection means connected in series between the switching regulator and the exciting coil for detecting the exciting current flowing through the exciting coil, and the signal processor comprises means for taking a signal corresponding to the exciting current from the exciting current detection means, effecting an arithmetic operation relative to a predetermined reference value for determining the level of the normal value of the exciting current and supplying a voltage setting based on the result of the arithmetic operation to the switching regulator. Power consumption is thus lowered, efficiency is increased, and reduction in size of the circuit is achieved.
