    摘要: An image generation method and an image generation apparatus can execute conversion from edge addresses into dot patterns at a high speed and a low cost. A comparator compares predetermined upper-digit bits of input edge-address information indicating the position of a word of a dot pattern to be output with the value of a word counter for counting the number of words of dot patterns which have been output, and determines if an edge position indicated by the input edge-address information is present within the word currently being processed. A decoder detects the edge position within the word based on predetermined lower-digit bits of the input edge-address information. The detected edge position within the word is held within a flip-flop circuit. A pattern generator generates the dot pattern of one word from edge positions within the word held by the flip-flop circuit in accordance with the logic of a dot at an end of the word of the dot pattern which has been output immediately before the word being processed.

    摘要: An organic EL light emitting device and a color conversion filter are placed in an environment in which concentrations of water and oxygen are controlled. A peripheral sealing agent with a ring shape is applied around the color conversion filter, and a filler material is applied over the color conversion filter and inside the peripheral sealing agent. The organic EL light emitting device and the color conversion filter are transferred into a vacuum chamber, which is then evacuated. The organic EL light emitting device and the color conversion filter are preliminarily aligned and then bonded to obtain an aggregate. The aggregate is removed to an environment in which concentrations of water and oxygen are controlled and pressure is at atmospheric pressure, and irradiated with ultraviolet radiation to cure the peripheral sealing agent. The method reduces manufacturing costs and prevents inclusion of water in the internal space.

A single unit (101) includes copper blocks (1, 8), an insulating substrate (6) with a conductive pattern, an IGBT chip (10), a diode chip (13), a collector terminal pin (15), implant pins (17) fixed to the chips (10) by solder (11), a printed circuit board (16) having the implant pins (17) fixed thereto, an emitter terminal pin (19), a control terminal pin (20), a collector terminal pin (15), and a resin case (21) having the above-mentioned components sealed therein. The copper blocks (1, 8) make it possible to improve adhesion to a cooling body and the heat dissipation performance. A plurality of single units (101) can be combined with an inter-unit wiring board to form any circuit.
