摘要： A human healing ability enhancing apparatus includes an airtight part that is capable of being airtight; a decompression pump that decompresses air pressure in the airtight part and communicates with an exhaust port of the airtight part; and an over-decompression prevention device for preventing over-decompression in which the air pressure in the airtight part is lower than a predetermined threshold air pressure. The apparatus that can favorably provide a stimulus for enhancing healing capacity of a living body by a decompression control means sequentially and repeatedly controls a decompressing process in which air pressure in the airtight part that is capable of being airtight is changed to a decompression state that is equal to or higher than the threshold air pressure during 1 to 60 minute(s), and a pressurizing process in which the decompression state is changed to a wide-range normal pressure state that is a normal pressure or a pressure higher than the decompression state and lower than the normal pressure during 1 to 60 minute(s) can be obtained.

摘要： A half bearing constituting a cylindrical plain bearing for supporting a shaft for rotation when two of the half bearings are combined together. The half bearing has two circumferential ends each of which has a plurality of circumferential grooves without formation of any crush relief surface. The grooves extend substantially over an overall circumferential dimension of the half bearing and include portions located at both circumferential ends of the half bearing respectively. Each portion has a larger axially sectional area than the grooves formed in a portion of the half bearing mainly subjected to load during rotation of the shaft.

摘要： A plain bearing capable of suppressing occurrence of bearing damage in a primary load portion is provided. The primary load portion in the center of at least one of the plain bearings that mainly receives load during rotation of a shaft is subjected to inner surface working by broaching so that roughness is 1 μm Rz or less, while a light load portion at 10° to 60° from a bearing mating surface of the plain bearing that receives load smaller than that received by the primary load portion is subjected to inner surface working of a circumferential fine groove by boring so that the depth is 1 μm to 15 μm.

摘要： There are provided a plain bearing which is excellent in oil retaining property and wear-resistant property. The plain bearing has a number of fine grooves which are parallely formed with one another and extending in the circumferential direction on the inner surface of the bearing, the fine grooves comprising deep grooves and shallow grooves. When this bearing is used as a plain bearing, a large amount of lubricating oil can be retained in the deep grooves and the shallow grooves so that a plain bearing which is excellent in anti-seizure property and wear-resistant property can be obtained. Further, even if the shallow grooves will have been worn out by wear and tear during use of extended period of time, the anti-seizure property and the wear-resistant property can be stably maintained by the lubricating oil retained in the deep grooves.

摘要： There are provided a plain bearing which is excellent in oil retaining property and wear-resistant property. The plain bearing has a number of fine grooves which are formed in the circumferential direction on each of the inner surfaces of semi-cylindrical bearing metals. Lands are defined as portions of the plain bearing which are left between the fine grooves. The lands comprise higher projecting lands and lower projecting lands. With this arrangement, a rotating shaft is supported by the higher projecting lands and a large amount of lubricating oil can be retained between the higher projecting land and the next higher projecting land thereto. Consequently, the bearing and its associated rotating parts can be prevented from the possible seizure in the running-in period at the early stage when using the bearing, which is liable to cause the seizure in particular. Even when frictional wear of the higher projecting lands is in progress, because of a large amount of lubricating oil retained in the fine grooves between the adjacent lower projecting lands, the plain bearing is excellent in anti-seizure property and wear-resistant property.
