摘要: In order to prevent a damage on a component forming a pressure feed fuel passage and to reduce a fuel injection pump in size and weight, the pressure feed fuel passage having fuel discharge passage, fuel chamber and accommodation hole formed in respective cylinder heads is formed straightly in respective cylinder heads, and has communication port for communicating with fuel pressure chamber and fuel outlet which has an opening at an outer peripheral wall of the cylinder heads. Fuel pressurized in fuel pressure chamber at the cylinder head side is introduced into fuel chamber of cylinder head via fuel passage and fuel lines. Fuel pressurized in both fuel pressure chambers is merged at fuel chamber of cylinder head, and is supplied to a common-rail via fuel passage.

摘要: A common rail of an accumulation type fuel injection system has a common rail main body, distributing portions and accessory portions. The common rail main body provides an accumulation chamber for accumulating high-pressure fuel discharged from a high-pressure supply pump. The distributing portion can be connected with a pressure introduction pipe for introducing the accumulated high-pressure fuel to an injector mounted to a cylinder. The accessory portion is disposed on a fuel outlet side of the distributing portion and is connected with the distributing portion and the high-pressure pipe in thread connection. The accessory portion has a sealing member between the accessory portion and a connection object on the distributing portion side. The sealing member has a sealing surface formed substantially in the shape of a spherical surface on the connection object side.

摘要: A simplified and easily operative flow control mechanism for an automatic pressure reducing equipment characterized in that a pressure detector detects such an inconvenient condition that a pressure of high pressure sample water is extremely reduced on an inlet line of a pressure reducing mechanism until the pressure reducing mechanism becomes inoperable, and that pressure-reduced sample water can bypass a flow control valve being provided on an outlet line of the pressure reducing mechanism by an automatic opening operation of an electromagnetic control valve so as to feed a predetermined amount of the sample water to an analysis system.

摘要: A pipe coupling device has a main body defining a main body passage hole to permit communication between inside the main body passage hole and outside the main body passage hole. A fixing screw member is joined to the main body to surround a periphery of the main body passage hole, the fixing screw member having an external thread formed in its outer peripheral surface. A sleeve is insertable in the fixing screw member while a tilt preventing gap is defined between the sleeve and an inner peripheral surface of the fixing screw member. A first convergently tapered portion formed at a tip end of the pipe is pressed against a first pressure bearing surface formed at one end of the sleeve to form a first seal. A second convergently tapered portion formed at the other end of the sleeve forms a second seal.

摘要: A fuel rail assembly for supplying fuel to a plurality of fuel injectors in an engine is provided. This assembly comprises an elongated conduit having a longitudinal fuel passage therein, a fuel inlet pipe fixed to an end or a side of the conduit, and a plurality of branch pipes. The basal end of each branch pipe is adapted to communicate with the fuel passage. The distal end of each branch pipe is provide with a connecting member for connecting to a tip of a fuel injector. The wall of the conduit is provided with holes for receiving the basal ends of the branch pipes. Around each hole an inner collar and an outer collar are integrally formed with the conduit wall, and each branch pipe is fixed to the collars by brazing or welding. The drilling work is performed by a special drilling tool.

摘要: Apparatus is disclosed for removing a coating from synthetic resin products, such as an automobile bumper, to obtain improved coating removal rate and improved productivity. A resin material having a coating applied thereto is rolled between a resin-side roll and a coating-side roll which rotate at different peripheral speeds. A shear stress is applied to the interface between the resin material and the coating, thereby removing the coating from the resin material. Pressing means press the coating-side roll towards the resin-side roll with a predetermined force. The resin-side roll and the coating-side roll apply a normally fixed shear stress between the resin material and the coating, ensuring stable coating removal and improved productivity.

摘要: A safety device is provided for a film removing and peeling apparatus, which rolls a coated resin member between a pair of rolls facing each other and rotating at different peripheral rotating speeds and which applies a shearing stress between the resin material and a film to peel the film from the resin material. The safety device includes: a flat plate to which a resin material is fed, the flat plate being provided so as to extend in a substantially horizontal direction at a height substantially corresponding to a gap between the rolls, and the flat plate having a front edge located so as to be close to the rolls; a pushing plate for pushing material on the flat plate to squeeze the resin material into the gap between the rolls; and an air cylinder for moving the pushing plate in a forward direction to cause the pushing plate to push material on the flat plate.

摘要: The present invention provides a fluid clutch which can prevent the occurrence of ‘a drag phenomenon’ in various conditions so that a fan noise can be reduced and the reduction of fuel expense is enhanced. In a fluid clutch where a rotary shaft is driven by a driving part and a driving disc rotatably driven is disposed in the inside of a sealed case which is rotatable on the rotary shaft, and by oil supplied to the inside of a torque transmitting chamber, a driving torque of the driving disc is transmitted to the sealed case, the improvement is characterized in that, in the inside of the torque transmitting chamber, the fluid clutch includes a movable disc which faces the driving disc also disposed in the inside of the torque transmitting chamber with a gap therebetween, and the gap between the driving disc and the movable disc is varied by the electromagnet which is disposed outside of the movable disc side of the sealed case, and the gap is controlled in response to the various control signals and hence, the rotational speed of a fan is controlled by varying the output torque.
