A control board to which two power systems, that is, a low-voltage power system and a high-voltage power system, are inputs, comprising a low-voltage circuit and a high-voltage circuit, and a low-voltage-side ground region and a high-voltage-side ground region that are formed in correspondence with the circuits, respectively, wherein frame ground regions are provided at a plurality of positions on the control board, and a plurality of communication line patterns connected to the low-voltage circuit are respectively connected to both the low-voltage-side ground region and the frame ground region through capacitance elements with various capacitances.

In an integrated-inverter electric compressor (1) in which an outer periphery of a cylindrical housing (2) is provided with an inverter accommodating section (4) in which an inverter device (20) that includes high-voltage components, such as an inverter board (21), a smoothing capacitor (23), an inductor coil (24), and a common mode coil (30); a terminal block (26) connected with a high-voltage cable; and a bus bar assembly (32) for electrical wiring between these electrical components is installed, the inverter accommodating section (4) is provided with an outward extending portion (9) extending outward from one end of the cylindrical housing (2), the terminal block (26) is disposed at one side of the outward extending portion (9), and a coil installation site (12), where the common mode coil (30) is disposed, is formed integrally with the outward extending portion (9) and extends downward below the terminal block (26).

In the resin case (22), a thermosetting resin (36) is filled to a height position where the top surface of the power system board is covered (23), so that the power system board (23) is encapsulated in the resin, and a gel-like resin material (38) is filled from a resin-encapsulated surface (37) to a height position where a part of the control board (31) is covered.

The meter device includes a dial substrate having a scale and a pointer that is rotated by a drive portion and points to the scale corresponding to a measurement output. The pointer includes a ridge that extends in a longitudinal direction and a spine portion having two surfaces that cross each other so as to form the ridge. An angle β, at which the two surfaces forming the ridge cross each other, is formed into an acute angle, so that a side farther from the ridge as viewed from a side of a rider is not visible.

The receiver is arranged to be offset outward of a straight line connecting the front-wheel transmitter and the rear-wheel transmitter in the vehicle-body width direction. More specifically, the receiver is arranged in a space surrounded by a front cowl and a side panel, the space being between a coolant reserve tank and a radiator. The single receiver receives the signals transmitted from the front-wheel transmitter and the rear-wheel transmitter.

    摘要: The present invention has an object to provide an inverter system for a vehicle-mounted air conditioner that prevents noise from entering a control circuit and allows high speed communication. A motor control microcomputer 24 is isolated from a gate circuit 22, and communication therebetween is performed via a photocoupler 80. This suppresses the influence of noise resulting from changes caused by changes in voltage and current that occur in a high voltage system for driving a motor 30. Also, the motor control microcomputer 24 and a communication driver 27 can be directly bus-connected without a photocoupler, thereby allowing high speed communication therebetween.
