    摘要: There is provided a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent flexibility, mechanical properties, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and low-temperature characteristics. A crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising 5 to 70 parts by mass of (C) a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer having at least one conjugated diene monomer unit block and at least one vinyl aromatic monomer unit block, and 20 to 150 parts by mass of (D) an olefin-based resin, based on 100 parts by mass of the total of (A) an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer comprising an ethylene unit and an α-olefin unit having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and (B) a copolymer having at least one hydrogenated copolymer block mainly composed of a conjugated diene monomer unit and a vinyl aromatic monomer unit, wherein a mass ratio ((A)/(B)) of the (A) component and the (B) component is from 20/80 to 75/25.

    摘要: A process for producing a thermoplastic polymer composition comprising: (1) 100 parts by weight of an olefin polymer which comprises ethylene and at least one &agr;-olefin having 3 to 10 carbon atoms and in which the density is in the range of 0.85 to 0.91 g/cm3 and the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) which is the ratio of weight average molecular weight (Mw) and number average molecular weight (Mn) as calculated by a gel permeation chromatography (GPC) is less than 3.5, (2) 5 to 300 parts by weight of a propylene polymer, (3) 5 to 250 parts by weight of an oil, and (4) 0.02 to 3 parts by weight of a radical initiator, which process comprises steps of previously mixing and heat-kneading the olefin polymer, the propylene polymer and the radical initiator; adding the oil in the stage in which cross-linking is at a proportion of 30 to 95% based on the cross-linking degree of the composition to be finally obtained; and further melt-kneading them to cross-link the same.

    摘要: Disclosed is a vulcanizable, fluorine-containing elastomer composition comprising (a) a vulcanizable, fluorine-containing elastomer, (b) a polyol vulcanizing agent comprising a polyol compound as a crosslinking agent, and (c) an aliphatic amine compound represented by the formula: R.sub..alpha. NH.sub..beta. wherein R represents an alkyl group, .alpha. represents an integer of from 1 to 3, and .beta. represents 3 minus .alpha.. The vulcanizable, fluorine-containing elastomer composition of the present invention is capable of providing a vulcanization product having not only excellent tensile properties, resistance to heat and oils, and sealability at high temperatures which are comparable to those of vulcanization products of conventional fluorine-containing elastomer compositions, but also having a remarkably improved compression set resistance which has not conventionally been achieved, and the elastomer composition per se is remarkably improved with respect to mold release properties, flowability, roll processability, and workability in vulcanization molding, particularly in vulcanization molding by injection.
