    摘要: An ultrasonic flaw detection apparatus is equipped with a probe which is driven by a transmission signal and which transmits an ultrasonic pulse at an angle with respect to a surface of a test object. The probe receives an ultrasonic pulse, which has been reflected by a defect in the test object, as an echo. The apparatus further includes a scanner for scanning the probe over a predetermined scanning zone on the test object and for outputting a spatial position of the probe. The apparatus is further equipped with a transmitter-receiver which has a transmitter for generating a transmission signal and outputting the transmission signal to the probe, a position detector for receiving a spatial position of the probe from the scanner, and a signal processor for detecting the defect according to the stored spatial position of the probe and the stored echo, taking the spread of an ultrasonic beam attributable to diffraction into account. The apparatus makes it possible to improve the accuracy of an examination based on an ultrasonic wave through a test object, and also to improve the capability of detection and the accuracy of measurement of the shape, size, position, etc. of an acoustically disconnected portion (defect).

    摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a small and well-characterized bulk acoustic wave device by fabricating a filter having a wide band width or a resonator having a wide oscillation frequency range together with a semiconductor circuit. In embodiments of the present invention, a bulk acoustic wave device comprises a semiconductor substrate having a dielectric substance layer thereon, the dielectric substance layer has a ground conductor layer thereon, the ground conductor layer has a piezoelectric ceramic thin film thereon and the piezoelectric ceramic thin film has a conductive electrode pattern thereon. The thickness of the piezoelectric ceramic thin film is more than ten times the thickness of the ground conductor layer, and the wave number of acoustic waves that propagate in a direction parallel to a surface of the piezoelectric ceramic thin film multiplied by the thickness of the piezoelectric ceramic thin film is less than 2.

    摘要: An air-coupled ultrasonic sensor capable of changing setting of an output sound pressure or an ultrasonic wave propagation distance depending on a use application, an installation site, or the like, with a simple structure. An air-coupled ultrasonic sensor includes: a closed-end cylindrical case including an opening portion at one end in its axial direction and a bottom surface at another end; a piezoelectric oscillator firmly fixed onto an inner bottom surface of the closed-end cylindrical case; an open-end cylindrical case including opening portions at both ends in its axial direction; and a thin film firmly fixed on one of the opening portions at one end of the open-end cylindrical case. The open-end cylindrical case is fitted to the closed-end cylindrical case, and includes a structure capable of moving along a side wall of the closed-end cylindrical case.

    摘要: A power conversion apparatus includes main circuits, in which switching elements are connected in parallel with diodes, respectively. An auxiliary circuit, which is formed of a series-connected second switching element and a capacitor, is connected in parallel with the diode operating as a freewheeling diode. The switching element of the main circuit, which is opposite to the auxiliary circuit, is set to turn on at a reference time. The second switching element of the auxiliary circuit is set to turn on in advance of the reference time by an interval of a discharging time period of the capacitor in a dead time period.
