    摘要: An optical scanner includes a light source including a plurality of light emitting elements, a polygon mirror which deflects light from the light source for scanning a surface of a subject, an optical element arranged between the light source and the polygon mirror, having optical power in a sub scanning direction, a synchronous detector which detects the light deflected by the polygon mirror for synchronous detection and generates a signal for controlling a timing at which the scanning of the surface is started, and a fixing element which secures one end of the optical element. The light emitting elements of the light source are aligned with a certain tilt angle relative to the sub scanning direction. Light from one of the light emitting elements disposed closest to the fixing element in a main scanning direction is used for synchronous detection.

    摘要: An object detection apparatus includes an incident optical system, which includes light source units and a combining unit combining light beams emitted from the light source units; a deflection unit including rotating reflection parts that deflect the light beams to scan and be irradiated on a predetermined range of an object; an imaging unit forming an image based on the light from the predetermined range of the object; and an optical detection unit detecting the object based on the light received via the imaging unit. Further the combining unit combines the light beams such that each of the combined light beams passes a single light path when projected onto a predetermined plane, and each of the light paths exists outside a region of the deflection unit when projected onto the first plane.

    摘要: A multilayer printed wiring board is characterized in that the interlayer connection material in the via holes has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion in the thickness direction than the electrically insulating substrate made of insulating material; the interlayer connection is formed at a temperature higher than the operating temperature; and the interlayer connection material is larger in thickness than the interlayer connection material of the same wiring layer at normal temperature. This causes a difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the different materials in the thickness direction of the printed wiring board in the environment in which it is used resulting in high connection reliability.
