Abstract:
A method and device for feeding back Channel State Information (CSI) in a multi-input multi-output system are provided. In the method, User Equipment (UE) feeds back CSI comprising codebook index information to an evolved Node B (eNodeB). The codebook index information may include a first type of codebook index set I and a second type of codebook index set J, where a combination of the first type of index set I and the second type of index set J is used for indicating a precoding matrix U, and the precoding matrix U is an Nt×r matrix and is composed of at least Q×r basic vectors having a dimension of Nt/Q. The basic vectors are columns extracted from a matrix B composed of M columns of Nt/Q-dimensional vectors.
Abstract:

The method includes: a base station configures Q Channel State Information (CSI) measurement threads for a CSI process, wherein Q is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and the base station configures P1 channel measurement reference signals and P2 interference measurement resources for the Q CSI measurement threads, wherein the P1 channel measurement reference signals are used to perform channel measurement on the Q CSI measurement threads, and the P2 interference measurement resources are used to perform interference measurement on the Q CSI measurement threads, P1 and P2 being integers greater than zero.
Abstract:
A method and system for processing a downlink pilot signal is disclosed. Herein, the method includes: a receiving end detecting downlink measurement pilot ports to obtain a received signal corresponding to each downlink measurement pilot port on each receiving antenna; performing screening on the downlink measurement pilot ports according to the received signals; calculating a receiving weight vector of each downlink measurement pilot port, and using an uplink precoding weight vector, calculated and obtained by combining the receiving weight vector with uplink and downlink operating frequencies, for data precoding; or, using N uplink precoding weight vectors, calculated and obtained by combining the receiving weight vector with uplink and downlink operating frequencies, for uplink pilot precoding, where N is the number of uplink precoding pilots transmitted, and N is an integer which is greater than or equal to 1. The above technical solution can effectively reduce pilot overhead in communication systems.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses methods and apparatuses for quantizing, and feeding back channel information and precoding data. In the above methods, a channel measurement pilot signal is received from a base station. The channel information is acquired by performing channel measurement according to the channel measurement pilot signal. CMatrix1 and CMatrix2 are calculated using the channel information, herein CMatrix1 and CMatrix2 are used to quantize the channel information or indicate the base station to perform precoding. And first indication information of CMatrix1 and/or second indication information of CMatrix2 are fed back to the base station. According to the technical solutions of the present invention, as the influence of the polarization leakage is considered in the feedback design, a significant performance gain exists in a case that the polarization leakage actually occurs.
Abstract:
The present document relates to a method for sending and receiving a reference signal and a communication node. The method includes: a first communication node sending a first reference signal and a second reference signal to a second communication node, the first reference signal is different from the second reference signal. The solution achieves the effect that the second communication node acquires channel state quality through the second reference signal which is different from the first reference signal when the second communication node cannot successfully receive the first reference signal.
Abstract:
A method for channel information feedback, a base station and a device, the method includes: a terminal performs a channel measurement, constructs an information matrix used for representing channel information according to a preset function, determines optimal channel parameters and feeds back the channel parameters to a base station; and the base station constructs quantization information of a characteristic vector of a channel matrix according to the received channel parameters and the channel matrix. In the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present document, since the most essential characteristic of a dual-polarized channel, i.e., information u that represents a multipath direction, is matched in the channel matrix, channel information feedback with the lowest cost is implemented, and compared with the existing codebook feedback solution, on the basis that feedback precision is satisfied, the feedback overhead is obviously reduced, terminal implementation complexity is reduced and feedback efficiency is improved.
