The present application provides a time synchronization method and an electronic device. The method includes sending a clock synchronization signal and first real time clock (RTC) information separately; and the clock synchronization signal is configured to measure a delay between a first module and at least one second module, the delay is used for phase compensation performed on the clock synchronization signal received at the side of the at least one second module, and the clock synchronization signal after being subjected to the phase compensation is configured to trigger the at least one second module to update local second RTC information to the first RTC information.

The present disclosure discloses a network management method, including: broadcasting a message carrying access information; providing an access path to a wireless access device for a terminal which receives the message and sends an access request; acquiring a type of the terminal which accesses the wireless access device; and controlling connection between the terminal and a network according to the type of the terminal. A controlling method and device for a wireless power transfer system, wherein the wireless power transfer system includes a transmitting component and a receiving component, and further includes a contactless transformer & compensation (CT&C) circuit, and the controlling method includes: obtaining positional relationship information of the transmitting component and the receiving component; adjusting the number of coil turns of the transmitting component based on the positional relationship information, and making conditions of a CT&C voltage gain characteristic and an input impedance characteristic after a charging inverter bridge of the wireless power transfer system meet a charging condition. The abovementioned technical solution can provide a protection for a stable operation of the wireless power transfer system with a non-mechanical adjusting device, and the wireless charging can be achieved without using a mechanical adjusting device to align and range

Provided are a multi-base station connection management method, a user equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes: after receiving measurement reconfiguration signaling from a cell, extracting, by a terminal, a measurement parameter carried in the measurement reconfiguration signaling; calling a local measurement configuration list of the terminal and an identity mapping list corresponding to the cell; processing the measurement parameter carried in the measurement reconfiguration signaling according to the local measurement configuration list of the terminal and the identity mapping list; sending connection reconfiguration complete signaling to the cell; and in response to determining that a measurement reporting condition is satisfied, sending measurement report signaling to the cell by using a measurement identity of the cell.
