Abstract: Provided is a wireless communication apparatus for a non-orthogonal multiple access communication system. The apparatus comprises: a power adjustment unit which is used, for at least some of user equipment included in the communication system, dynamically adjusting the sending power of each of the at least some of the user equipment for each sub-carrier according to channel state information about the communication system, in order that the at least some of the user equipment perform uplink data transmission on corresponding sub-carriers with the adjusted sending power. According to the disclosed apparatus, method and system, at least one of the following technical benefits could be obtained: increasing the channel capacity of the communication system; reducing the bit error rate during the communication; and reducing the interference between corresponding user equipment in the communication system.

A base station apparatus includes: a rough arrival angle estimation unit, which estimates a rough arrival angle pair by a second number of antennas and a second number of radio frequency links; a candidate arrival angle estimation unit, which determines a candidate arrival angle pair based on a rough arrival angle pair and beam widths determined by a first number and a second number of antennas, respectively; and a precise arrival angle determination unit, which calculates the difference between the projection component and real component for the candidate arrival angle pairs based on a training tone from the user equipment, and designates the candidate arrival angle pair with the smallest difference between those components as the precise arrival angle pair.
