Embodiments in the disclosure are directed to the use of distributed computing to align reads against multiple portions of a reference dataset. Aligned portions of the reference dataset that correspond with an above-threshold alignment score can be assessed for the presence of sparse indicators that can be categorized and used to influence a determination of a state transition likelihood. Various tasks associated with the processing of reads (e.g., alignment, sparse indicator detection, and/or determination of a state transition likelihood) may be able to take advantage of parallel processing and can be distributed among the machines while considering the resource utilization of those machines. Different load-balancing mechanisms can be employed in order to achieve even resource utilization across the machines, and in some cases may involve assessing various processing characteristics that reflect a predicted resource expenditure and/or time profile for each task to be processed by a machine.

Provided is a monolithic catalyst for synthesizing an oxalate by carbon monoxide (CO) gaseous-phase coupling, a preparation method and the use thereof. In the catalyst, a ceramic honeycomb or a metal honeycomb was used as skeletal carrier, metal oxides were used as a carrier coating, precious metals Pt, Pd, Ir, Rh were used as active ingredients, as well as Fe, Co, Ni were used as additives, wherein the carrier coating accounts for 5 to 50 wt % of the honeycomb carrier the active ingredients of the catalyst account for 0.1 to 5 wt. % of the carrier coating; the additives of the catalyst account for 0.3 to 10 wt. % of the carrier coating; and the atomic ratio of the active ingredients to the additives was 0.1 to 3. the reaction for synthesizing the oxalate was carried out in a fixed bed reactor, wherein, N2 was used as a carrier gas. The volume ratio of N2:CO: Alkyl nitrite was 20-80:5-60:10-40, and the retention time was 0.5-10 s.

While receiving the stream of data and prior to having received all of the plurality of reads, a set of reads is extracted from the plurality of reads. Each of the set of reads is aligned to a corresponding portion of a reference data set. For each particular position of a plurality of particular positions of the reference data set, a subset of reads of the aligned set of reads is identified. A value of a client data set is generated based on the subset of reads. A variable is generated based on the client data set. Data is routed when a condition, based on the variable, is satisfied.

The present disclosure proposes a method for curing a sealant in manufacturing of a liquid crystal panel. The liquid crystal panel includes an array substrate, a color filter substrate and a liquid crystal layer between the array substrate and the color filter substrate, a first film layer capable of blocking light is arranged on the side of the color filter substrate facing the liquid crystal layer, and a sealant is arranged between the array substrate and the color filter substrate outside the liquid crystal layer, and the method includes: step 1, removing a portion of the first film layer corresponding to the sealant; and step 2, applying UV from one side of the color filter substrate of the liquid crystal panel to irradiate the sealant, thus curing the sealant. The present disclosure also proposes a liquid crystal panel.

The present invention discloses a manufacturing method of color film (CF) substrate, a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel, and an LCD device. The purpose of the present invention is achieved by the following technical schemes. A manufacturing method of the CF substrate, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the steps: forming photo spacer (PS) on the CF substrate, and then forming an alignment layer on the CF substrate. The present invention, by using the PS contacting with an array substrate and a CF substrate, replaces the manufacture procedure of the electrode layer with the manufacture procedure of the PS, and the CF substrate is formed with PS; the electrode layer is then formed and the surface of the electrode layer opposite to the substrate is covered by the electrode layer. So the PS can transmit the pixel electrode signal to the CF substrate to replace the Au ball. Thus, in the manufacturing technique of the LCD, the spread technology of the Au ball and the reticle design of the transfer pad can be omitted, and the material demand of the Au ball can also be omitted.

A virtual machine that includes a class loader generates a file download request in the form of an http request to a particular server computer that contains appropriate applet component files. The class loader queries a root JAR file having an index file associated with applet. The class loader creates a HASH table based upon the contents of the index file that provides a mapping of all packages and all corresponding JAR files required to execute the applet by the virtual machine. During virtual machine runtime the class loader queries the HASH table in order to directly access the appropriate applet component file to be downloaded and executed by the virtual machine.
