摘要: The present disclosure relates to a catalyst for carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methanol having 80-95% w/w of a metal and their oxides; 5-20% w/w of a structural promoter; and 5-10% w/w of a binder of the total weight of the catalyst. Further, the present disclosure also relates to a method for preparation of a catalyst for carbon dioxide hydrogenation to methanol having a) co-precipitating of 80-95% w/w of a metal precursors of the total weight of the catalyst under with a 1.0-1.8M precipitating agent followed by adding 5-20% w/w of a structural promoter of the total weight of the catalyst to obtain an active metal precipitate, b) washing and drying the active metal precipitate under conditions to obtain a dried active metal precipitate followed by calcination under conditions to form a mixed metal oxide, c) adding 5-10% w/w of a binder of the total weight of the catalyst to the 90-95% w/w mixed metal oxides along with 0.5-1.5M peptizing agent, followed by drying and calcination under conditions to obtain a catalyst for CO2 hydrogenation to methanol. The present catalyst yielded higher methanol with higher selectivity.

摘要: The invention concerns a method for unblocking pores in a metal zeolite based selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst. The method includes filling, at least partially, the SCR catalyst with a liquid, the liquid being preferably distilled water. The method includes letting said liquid inside the SCR catalyst enough time to allow said liquid to dissolve, at least partially, the obstructions and to penetrate into the pores. The method includes heating the SCR catalyst at a temperature above the ebullition temperature of the liquid so as to vaporize the part of the liquid remained into the pores, and generate steam flows through the obstructions, the steam flows removing the obstructions and unblocking the pores, wherein no hydrocarbons are injected during the step of heating.

摘要: A composite catalyst is provided. The composite catalyst includes a first catalytic material incorporated with a second catalytic material, wherein the first catalytic material comprises carbon doped with (i) nitrogen and (ii) at least one non-precious transition metal, and wherein the second catalytic material comprises a carbon-based supporting material incorporated with platinum nanoparticles. A method of producing the composite catalyst is also provided. The method includes providing a mixture comprising the first catalytic material and the second catalytic material, and subjecting the mixture to a size reduction step. The first catalytic material and a method of producing the first catalytic material are disclosed herein.

摘要: A plant leaves-derived carbon material doped with two metals and preparation and use thereof are provided, the carbon material prepared by carbonizing, in an inert atmosphere, plant leaves which have absorbed ions of two metals M1 and M2. The metal M1 is Co, Mn, or Fe. The metal M2 is Ni, Cu, or Zn. The carbon material can be used as an efficient, green, and safe catalyst for the selective oxidation of cycloalkanes to produce cycloalkanols and cycloalkanones, and enable an increased selectivity of the target products (thus less by-products), a low yield of cycloalkyl peroxides, reduced reaction temperature, low environmental impact, and safe production.

摘要: A composite catalyst containing heteroatom-doped zeolite for preparing light olefin using direct conversion of syngas is formed by compounding component I and component II in a mechanical mixing mode. The active ingredient of component I is a metal oxide, and the component II is a heteroatom-doped zeolite. The zeolite topology is CHA or AEI, and the skeleton atoms include Al—P—O or Si—Al—P—O; the heteroatoms is at least one of divalent metal Mg, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Sr, Zr, Mo, Cd, Ba and Ce, trivalent metal Ti and Ga, and tetravalent metal Ge. A weight ratio of the active ingredient in the component I to the component II is 0.1-20. The reaction process has high light olefin selectivity; the sum selectivity of the light olefin including ethylene, propylene and butylene can reach 50-90%, while the selectivity of a methane side product is less than 7%.

摘要: Methods for synthesizing a mesoporous nano-sized zeolite beta are described. The method may include mixing an aqueous base solution with hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) to form a first solution; adding nano-sized zeolite particles having a particle size of less than or equal to 100 nm to the first solution to form a second solution. The nano-sized zeolite particles include a microporous framework with a plurality of micropores having diameters of less than or equal to 2 nm and a BEA framework type. The method may further include transferring the second solution to an autoclave operated at 25° C. to 200° ° C. for 3 to 24 hours to form a colloid; drying the colloid at 100° C. to 200° C. for 8 to 36 hours without washing the colloid to form a zeolite precursor; and calcining the zeolite precursor at 250° ° C. to 600° ° C. for 1 to 8 hours to form the mesoporous nano-sized zeolite beta.
