A peelable light conversion luminescent film consisting of a substrate and a light conversion coating layer thereon is provided. The light conversion coating layer consists of a fluorescent material, a two-component silicone resin, a diluent and an adjuvant. The substrate is a fluorine-containing polyester film which can be easily peeled off from the light conversion coating layer when using the light conversion film. The fluorine-containing polyester film can function as a substrate and as a protective film. The fluorine-containing polyester film can be easily peeled off to avoid the deformation of light conversion coating layer. After the peeling off from the fluorine-containing polyester film, the light refraction is reduced and the luminescent efficiency is increased. The fluorescent material is pretreated with ethanol-alkoxy oligomeric polysiloxane mixture solution, its compatibility with silicone resin is enhanced, the surface condition of the coated film is improved, and the uniformity of the film is increased.

The invention provides a waterproof self-luminescent spray-painted film with a thickness of 0.150-1.560 mm. The film has, from top to bottom, ink reception layer (1), connection layer (2) and light-storing photo-luminescent film (3); wherein the ink reception layer (1) is prepared by mixing inorganic filler, adhesive, color fixing agent, coupling agent, surfactant, cross-linking agent, fluorescent whitening agent and water at a ratio. The film has good waterproof property, rapid ink-drying, clear image after being ink-jet printed, and high color density. The film is self-luminescent after absorbing external visible light, and is visible and has the illumination function of low lighting intensity in darkness after a pattern or character is printed on the surface of the film. The film can be widely used in various occasions, such as home decoration, hotels, corridors, office buildings, cinemas, warehouses, ship cabins, underpasses and the places in need of large scale printing and high-precision patterns.

The invention relates to the identification and selection of novel biomarkers and the identification and selection of novel biomarker combinations which are differentially expressed in individuals with mild osteoarthritis as compared with individuals without osteoarthritis. Polynucleotides and proteins which specifically and/or selectively hybridize to the products of the biomarkers of the invention are also encompassed within the scope of the invention as are kits containing said polynucleotides and proteins for use in diagnosing mild osteoarthritis. Further encompassed by the invention is the use of the polynucleotides and proteins which specifically and/or selectively hybridize to the product of the biomarkers of the invention to monitor disease regression in an individual and to monitor the efficacy of therapeutic regimens. The invention also provides for methods of using the products of the biomarkers of the invention in the identification of novel therapeutic targets for osteoarthritis.

In one aspect the invention is a method of testing for one or more colorectal pathologies or one or more subtypes of colorectal pathology (in one embodiment colorectal cancer) in a test individual by providing data corresponding to a level of products of selected biomarkers and applying the data to a formula to provide an indication of whether the test individual has one or more colorectal pathologies or one or more subtypes of colorectal pathology. In some aspects the method is computer based and a computer applies the data to the formula. Also encompassed are kits for measuring data corresponding to the products of selected biomarkers which in some embodiments include a computer readable medium. Also encompassed are kits and methods of monitoring therapeutic efficacy of treatments for one or more colorectal pathologies.
