摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for implementing emergency location. The method comprises: a User Equipment (UE) initiating an emergency call, and initiating a SUPL position procedure to a security user plane location platform (SLP); and the SLP obtaining location information of the UE through the SUPL position procedure, and providing the location information of the UE to a location request function (LRF). Using the method, the SUPL position procedure is initiated by the UE when the emergency call is initiated and the SLP is not required to support the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), thereby simplifying design of the SLP. Furthermore, it is clear to the UE that the UE is a qualified SET, so the location request initiated by the UE can certainly be responded correctly, thereby ensuring successful implementation of the emergency call process.

There is provided an alkaline protease with such properties that an active pH range is from 5 to 13, an optimum pH is approximately 12.6, an optimum temperature is 70° C., no activity drop by heating is observed up to 65° C. at pH 10 and the optimum temperature and the thermostability are not affected by Ca2+ ions. Specifically, there is provided, for example, an alkaline protease having an amino acid sequence constituting a mature enzyme as represented by SEQ ID NO: 3 or an amino acid sequence resulting from deletion, substitution, situs inversus arrangement, addition or insertion of a part of amino acids thereof, or derived from Alkaliphillus transvaalensis. The protease cleaves 26 peptide bonds among 29 peptide bonds of acidic insulin B-chain.

摘要: The present invention relates to a nail shooter. The present invention provides the nail shooter driven by a high-pressurized gas in liquid state, in order to resolve technical problems with the prior nail shooters, such as difficulty in application, a loud noise, a safety hazard. The shooter body is provided with a trigger mechanism, a firing pin used for striking a nail to get it shot, a piston mechanism for pushing the firing pin, and a switch mechanism for releasing the driving gas toward the piston mechanism. The handle of the nail shooter is provided with a coupling tube, which is provided with an intake joint used for introducing the gas from a cylinder containing high-pressurized gas in liquid state and further with a decompressor that decompresses the introduced gas. Under control of the trigger mechanism, the decompressed gas can drive the piston mechanism to act via the switch mechanism, and further push the firing pin to strike a nail at a high speed to get it shot. By adopting the high-pressurized gas in liquid state as a power source, the nail shooter of the present invention needs neither an air compressor nor a power supply, which makes it very convenient, safe and efficient to use, and result in no noise pollution.
