    摘要: The present invention disclosed a surgical staple (50) and staple pocket (57) for forming kidney-shaped staple therefor, with the staple pocket (57) being recessed inward on the tissue contacting surface of the staple anvil (58), and with M-shaped staple (50) being used, wherein the degree of projection of the middle portion of the back span (51) of the M-shaped staple (50) arranged at the inner circle or arranged at a proximal side of a cutter slot (121) is larger than that of the back span (51) of the M-shaped staple (50) arranged at the outer circle or arranged at a distal side of the cutter slot (121), so that when the staple (50) of the same height are adapted to staple tissues to be stapled of different thickness, staple driver (68) bends the M-shaped staple (50) on the staple pocket (57) to form kidney-shaped staple (50) so as to achieve the operational effect of being able to seal the stapled tissue, to stop bleeding and to heal the tissue therearound.

    摘要: An endoscopic surgical cutting stapler with a chain articulation is provided, in which a joint is implemented by a chain articulation, teeth are provided at two ends of a chain plate of the chain articulation, and teeth of adjacent chain plates in the same row are engaged. Through mesh transmission of engaged teeth of the adjacent chain plates in the same row, an angle of a most proximal chain plate of the chain articulation is gradually multiplied at several stages and transmitted to an end effector. The end effector can rotate for 90° with small drive motion of the operating mechanism, thereby achieving precise placement of the chain articulation after rotation. The end effector can be precisely aligned with a part to be cut and stapled, and a radius of curvature of the chain articulation can be significantly increased.

    摘要: An endoscopic surgical cutting stapler with a chain articulation is provided, in which a joint is implemented by a chain articulation, teeth are provided at two ends of a chain plate of the chain articulation, and teeth of adjacent chain plates in the same row are engaged. Through mesh transmission of engaged teeth of the adjacent chain plates in the same row, an angle of a most proximal chain plate of the chain articulation is gradually multiplied at several stages and transmitted to an end effector.     摘要: A linear cutting element (1) with an E-shaped guiding element (16) enables the suture and cutting of surgery to be simultaneously conducted when being loaded in a linear cutting anastomat (2). The linear cutting element (1) comprises a knife underlaying plate (10), a nail abutting seat (11), an assembly cover (12), suture nails (13), a nail cartridge (14), a push sheet (15), a guiding element (16), a pin (17) for the guiding element, a cutting knife (18), a knife stand (19), a positioning needle (20), a positioning needle holder (21) and a blank cap (22). The knife underlaying plate (10) and the nail abutting seat (11) are fixedly connected through a front-end groove (101) and rear-end agnails (102, 103) of the knife underlaying plate (10). The nail abutting seat (11) is fixedly connected to the guiding element (16) through the pin (17) for the guiding element. The guiding element (16) is placed at the open end of the nail cartridge (14), and the guiding element (16) enables nail grooves (122) at the two sides of the nail cartridge (14) to remain parallel vertically, which enables the nail cartridge (14) in an open state to be in a closed state. The assembly cover (12) is arranged between the nail abutting seat (11) and the nail cartridge (14), and can be removed from the linear cutting element (1). The linear cutting element (1) is replaceably loaded into the linear cutting anastomat (2).

The aryloxy is selected from 4-(trifluoromethyl)phenoxy (p-CF3—C6H4O), 4-fluorophenoxy (p-F—C6H4O), and phenoxy (C6H5O). The first reactant may be prepared by reacting 2,2,4,4,6,6-hexachloro-1,3,5-triaza-2,4,6-triphosphorine with a phenoxide. The compound may be used in a lubricant for lubricating a surface. The lubricant may be applied to a recording surface in a magnetic recording device including a recording medium.
