Abstract: The present invention includes systems and methods for providing cybersecurity to web-enabled applications for protection of critical software and host systems. The present invention is operable to build a Hidden Markov model of an application using automated analysis of code and documentation in order to characterize potential state and state transitions. The present invention is also operable to use additional data such as timing and proximity to assess incoming data. Incoming messages are then assigned a trust score based on Bayesian calculations.

A method of changing airflow in a nozzle includes operating at least one means for changing the shape of the flexible nozzle body to change the dimension or the location of the throat plane. A method of testing an object includes placing a test object in the test region of the test cell and passing a test gas from the outlet opening of the nozzle onto the test object.

Abstract: A thermal battery can include: an anode of lithium alloy; a metal-fluoride cathode having Ni; and an electrolyte composition in contact with the anode and cathode. The electrolyte composition can be a tertiary electrolyte composition of LiF—LiCl—Li2SO4. A thermal battery can also include: an anode of lithium alloy; a metal-fluoride cathode having an oxide selected from V2O5 or LiVO3; and an electrolyte composition in contact with the anode and cathode. In one aspect, a metal of the metal fluoride cathode includes Ni, Fe, V, Cr, Mn, Co, or mixture thereof. In one aspect, the metal-fluoride cathode includes NiF2, FeF3, VF3, CrF3, MnF3, CoF3, or a mixture thereof. A method of providing electricity can include: providing an electronic device having a thermal battery with a metal-fluoride cathode having Ni and/or having an oxide selected from V2O5 or LiVO3; and discharging the thermal battery to provide electricity.

Abstract: A cell culture device can include: an internal chamber configured for an internal cell culture that has at least one port coupled to a perfusion modulating device capable of modulating perfusion in the internal chamber; at least one fluid channel bordering the internal chamber that is configured for a channel cell culture that has at least one port coupled to a perfusion modulating device capable of modulating perfusion in the fluid channel; and a wall separating the internal chamber and at least one fluid channel having gaps that fluidly couple the internal chamber with the at least one fluid channel, wherein the perfusion modulating device causes reduced fluid flow. The internal chamber can include a first cell type and the at least one fluid channel includes a second cell type. The first cell type has an ischemic zone in the middle, a non-ischemic zone adjacent with the at least one fluid channel, and a border zone between the ischemic zone and non-ischemic zone. In one aspect, the internal chamber and at least one fluid channel are modeled from physiological features.
