    摘要： The invention relates to a method for the production of form parts from multi-component reactive plastic material, especially from polyurethane, wherein a plurality of moulds are moved by means of mould carriages (1) at least temporarily along a closed, preferably oval, production line (2). To allow an easy, efficient and quick cleaning of the production line the invention proposes that temporarily instead of at least one mould carriage (1) a cleaning carriage (1b) is arranged in the production line (2), wherein the cleaning carriage (1b) is equipped with rolls (3) and is moved with the same on a stationary ground (4) and wherein the stationary ground (4) is cleaned with the cleaning carriage (1b). Furthermore, the invention relates to a device for the production of form parts.

    摘要： The invention relates to a method of producing rebonded foam blocks in a box mould having a base, a plurality of mutually adjacent mould side walls standing thereupon and a plunger movable in the direction of the base, in which at least one of the mould side walls may be swiveled about a substantially horizontal swivel axis mounted on the base between an outwardly directed position and a substantially vertical position, the method involving mixing the foam flakes with a binder, swiveling at least one of the mould side walls outwards such that the cross-sectional area of the box mould increases from the bottom upwards, introducing the foam flakes into the box mould, adjusting the at least one mould side wall so that the cross-sectional area of the box mould is substantially constant over its height, compressing the foam flakes by means of the plunger to the desired density or foam block height, thereby bonding together the foam flakes and removing the finished foam block from the mould.

    摘要： In the production of a reaction mixture which forms plastic material, in particular foamed plastic material, from at least two flowable reaction components, the inlet members or other switch-over members which must be switched over in a precise fashion, and controlled by a sliding valve comprising a slide which is assigned a restoring spring which operates in opposition to a moving electromagnet, and a holding electromagnet. First, the holding electromagnet is fully activated whereupon the moving electromagnet is activated. Following the build-up of force of the moving electromagnet, the holding electromagnet is switched off so that the inlet member or other switch-over member opens abruptly.
