Abstract: Laminated gasket free from liquid drug leakage. Gasket (13) to be used for a medical syringe includes main body (14) made of an elastic material and film (15) on a surface of main body (14). Gasket (13) has a circumferential surface portion (17) that can contact an inner peripheral surface of syringe barrel (11) of the syringe, and has an annular groove (22) formed circumferentially in a surface portion of the film present in the circumferential surface portion thereof. Annular groove (22) has outer edge portions (24) provided along opposite edges (23) thereof as projecting from an unprocessed surface portion of the film. Annular groove (22) has groove formation start points and end points that are connected to each other in a groove connection region. Outer edge portions (24) along the opposite edges of the annular groove have a maximum-to-minimum height difference of ≤5 μm in the groove connection region.

Abstract: A laser welding member that has a high laser transmittance at a welding region and exhibits an excellent laser welding processability, and a molded article obtained by laser welding using this laser welding member. The laser welding member is obtained by injection molding of a thermoplastic polyester resin material, wherein a region to be laser welded in the member is at a location separated by a distance of at least 15 mm from a gate of an injection molding mold and has at least 30% of a light transmittance of laser light with a wavelength of 940 nm.

Abstract: A component having at least one structural component and one organic sheet, and a method for producing the component, are described. In a first step, a woven-fabric hose is arranged in a contour of a tool and then the tool is closed. In a second step, a plastic, in particular a melt, is injected into the woven-fabric hose arranged in the closed tool. In a third step, a fluid and/or supporting element is introduced into the woven-fabric hose, a cavity thus being formed in the woven-fabric hose. An organic sheet is formed and backmolded with a plastic, and the formed and backmolded organic sheet is bonded to the structural component to produce the component.

Abstract: A method for producing a plastic board with an upper side 1, an underside 2 and at least one edge surface 3 by an injection-molding technique, and also a corresponding plastic board are provided. In the method, a first half 6, which forms at least the upper side of the plastic board, and a second half 7, which forms at least the underside of the plastic board, are injection-molded. Then, the first half and the second half are joined together in order to form a plastic board with an upper side and an underside. The two halves being formed in such a way that at least one cavity forms between the halves when they are joined together. The two halves are fixed onto one another, preferably by molding on a connecting component 5 of plastic.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of a fluid control device is provided. Firstly, a housing, a piezoelectric actuator and a deformable substrate are provided. The piezoelectric actuator includes a piezoelectric element and a vibration plate. The deformable substrate includes a flexible plate and a communication plate. A bulge is formed on the vibration plate. The flexible plate includes a movable part. Next, the flexible plate and the communication plate are stacked and coupled, and a preformed synchronous deformation process is implemented by applying at least one external force to outer portion of the deformable substrate to form a preformed synchronously-deformed structure. Then, the housing, the piezoelectric actuator and the deformable substrate are sequentially stacked and coupled. The preformed synchronously-deformed structure is aligned with the bulge of the vibration plate. Consequently, a specified depth is defined between the movable part of the flexible plate and the bulge of the vibration plate.
