摘要: Proposed is a remote monitoring apparatus that delivers video from local sites to one or more remote monitoring centers using video streams that are encoded to optimize bandwidth. Users can specify the routing of video streams and the formatting or enhancement to be applied to one or more video streams. The present invention offers a remote monitoring system to survey events via a local computer with a series of network systems, remote sensing cameras, and auxiliary equipment to further capture events. When auto-alerts or mouse click events occur, live streams at the next higher resolution format ensue, allowing supervisors to monitor large areas using super frames. Recorded events are monitored through convenient actions that streamline the process of handling incidents in airport environments, by highlighting areas of interest and creating super frames, a live stream of available camera views that display at high levels with the most efficient bandwidth for preferable resolution. Embodiments of the invention allow one to surveil events with preset specifications for a more effectual approach with consideration to bandwidth.

摘要: Medical software tools platform utilizes a surgical display to provide access to specific medical software tools, such as medically-oriented applications or widgets, that can assist those in the operating room, such as a surgeon or surgical team, with a surgery. In particular, an optical sensor located within an endoscopic camera may register the momentary change in the optical characteristics reflected from a tissue surface and in turn transmit the information to a medical image processing system which can also receive patient heart rate data and display relevant anomalies. Changes in various spectral components and the speed at which they change in relation to a source of stimulus (heartbeat, etc.) may indicate the arrival of blood, contrast agents or oxygen absorption. Combinations of these may indicate various states of differing disease or margins of tumors, and so forth. Also, changes in temperatures and the speed of change may indicate subsurface anomalies.

摘要: A system for a storage medium that provides a method of integrating a non-volatile display, such as an e-paper with an electronic storage medium, and including a self-encrypting solid-state memory device. The system utilizes existing e-paper technology coupled with a receiver that can access various types of information to be displayed on the e-paper. This information can be dynamic user data, administrative data, security data, or other information. The receiver may obtain this information via wireless communication, through meta data on the storage medium, through a direct link through the storage medium or other related methodology.

摘要: Medical software tools platform utilizes a surgical display to provide access to specific medical software tools, such as medically-oriented applications or widgets, that can assist those in the operating room, such as a surgeon or surgical team, with a surgery. For various embodiments, the medical software tools platform and its associated medical software tools are presented on a surgical display (e.g., being utilized in an operating room) over an image stream provided by a surgical camera (e.g., in use in the operating room or with other endoscopic procedures). Various medical software tools can provide features and functions that can facilitate integration of equipment in an operating room or add medical context awareness to anatomic structures presented in the image stream from the surgical camera and provide archived information pertaining to the same.

摘要: Medical software tools platform utilizes a surgical display to provide access to specific medical software tools, such as medically-oriented applications or tools, that can assist those in the operating room, such as a surgeon or surgical team, with a surgery. In particular, an optical sensor located within an endoscopic camera may register subtle differences in color characteristics reflected from a tissue surface and in turn transmit the information to a medical image processing system. Moreover, the new tools are intended to help surgeons better determine the boundaries between healthy and diseased regions during surgical procedures. Various tools are intended to be used in procedures where indocyanine green (ICG) fluorescent dye is used. Intraoperative fluorescence imaging is commonly used during minimally invasive procedures to enable surgeons to visualize tissue perfusion and anatomical structures. The term perfusion refers to the passage of blood and tissue fluid through the capillary bed. Intraoperative fluorescence imaging can also be used to improve visualization of vessels and structures, which, in turn, may reduce the risk of complications during minimally invasive surgeries.
