摘要: A method is provided in which a lower box comprising a base, walls that surround the base and an open side, and an upper box comprising a cover, walls that surround the cover and an open side are provided. One or more objects are arranged on the base of the lower box. The object(s) are covered with the upper box such that the open side of the upper is oriented towards the base of the box, the walls of the upper box are arranged on the base of the lower box and a gap is formed between the walls of the upper box and the walls of the lower box. A powder material is introduced into the gap in order to form an assembly having an interior. The powder material provides a mechanical obstacle to gas exchange between the interior and the environment. This assembly is then heat treated.

摘要: A method for the production of a laminated core is provided. A plurality of laminations are provided that are made of a soft-magnetic CoFe alloy and that have a first main surface and a second main surface that is located opposite the first main surface. An adhesive is applied to the first main surface of a first of the laminations by means of a printing process. The adhesive is then transferred to a partially cured B-stage. A second main surface of a second of the laminations is stacked on the B-stage adhesive, which is located on the first main surface of the first lamination, thereby forming a stack of loose laminations. The stack or the adhesive in the stack is cured, the adhesive thus being transferred to the fully cured C-stage in order to bond the first and second laminations to one another and so produce the laminated core.

摘要: The invention relates to an inductive component. According to one embodiment, the component comprises an annular magnetic core, at least two windings which are wound about the magnetic core, and multiple contact feet. The contact feet have openings for inserting wire ends of the windings and a respective contact surface for surface mounting the inductive component. The contact surfaces lie in a connection surface with a defined degree of evenness, wherein openings in the contact feet are arranged at a distance from the connection surface and are designed such that the position and angular deviations of the wire ends with respect to the connection surface can be compensated for by the respective contact foot. Each contact foot is bonded to the wire end (20) inserted into the opening of the respective contact foot.

摘要: A regenerator for a magnetic heat exchanger is provided. The regenerator comprises a housing having a chamber, an inlet and outlet for a working medium, and a chamber volume V. At least one magnetocalorically active component is arranged in the chamber between the inlet and the outlet and has at least one inner flow channel with a hydraulic diameter dhyd. The volume of the chamber not occupied by the magnetocalorically active component provides at least one bypass flow channel, both the inlet and the outlet being reached from the at least one bypass flow channel, and this bypass flow channel having a hydraulic diameter D, where D>dhyd. The at least one inner flow channel of the magnetocalorically active component is in flow communication with the bypass flow channel. The magnetocalorically active component and the at least one bypass flow channel are arranged parallel to one another.

摘要: A process for producing an amorphous ductile brazing foil is provided. According to one example embodiment, the method includes providing a molten mass, and rapidly solidifying the molten mass on a moving cooling surface with a cooling speed of more than approximately 105° C./sec to produce an amorphous ductile brazing foil. A process for joining two or more parts is also provided. The process includes inserting a brazing foil between two or more parts to be joined, wherein the parts to be joined have a higher melting temperature than that the brazing foil to form a solder joint and the brazing foil comprises an amorphous, ductile Ni-based brazing foil; heating the solder joint to a temperature above the liquidus temperature of the brazing foil to form a heated solder joint; and cooling the heated solder joint, thereby forming a brazed joint between the parts to be joined.
