摘要: The present invention relates to a process for manufacturing a black leaf tea product, the process comprising: providing black leaf tea material having a moisture content of less than 20 wt. %; and then subjecting this black leaf tea starting material to a heat treatment step by contacting it with a heated surface at a temperature of 60° C. to 100° C. in the presence of steam for a duration of at least 2 minutes. 摘要: The present invention provides a method of producing a food or drink containing one or more components extracted from a raw material by using fruit(s), vegetable(s), bean(s), nut(s), mushroom(s), alga(e) or tea(s) as the raw material, which comprises the following steps: freezing the raw material; grinding the frozen matter at a controlled temperature; and dipping the ground matter in a solvent and thus extracting one or more components of the raw material. It is preferable that the temperature in the grinding step is controlled to a level not higher than the brittle temperature of an aroma component, a colorant or an essential oil which can be extracted from the raw material. According to the production method of the present invention, the obtained food or drink can sufficiently contain a desired component contained in fruit(s) or vegetable(s).

摘要: The present invention provides a technique for producing a tea wherein water-insoluble components of tea leaves have been made soluble in water and the natural umami components inherent to tea leaves have been increased. It also provides a technique for manufacturing a tea-based alcoholic drink which has “tea leaf-origin aroma”, “umami and body” and “mild alcoholic aftertaste” in a good balance. Tea leaves are processed with an extruder at a temperature of 80 to 150° C. and under a pressure of 0.2 to 30 MPa for 5 to 600 sec while supplying 1 to 100 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the tea leaves, of water or an aqueous sugar solution, Thus, a processed tea leaf product is stably produced while avoiding blowout from the outlet. A tea extracted from this processed tea leaf product shows a significantly improved taste.

摘要: An apparatus for reprocessing tealeaves comprising a Mixer; a motor or hopper to run the mixer; a funnel attached to the mixer for adding the tealeaves in the mixer; a fan blender; a conveyor belt; a motor to run the conveyor belt; an infrared system and chamber; a microwave chamber; a swing type shielded doors on both ends of the microwave chamber; a vacuum packaging machine; a glass casing for housing the conveyor belt, infrared red chamber, microwave chamber and vacuum packaging; Controller power unit; supporting and storage frame; wherein the conveyor belt, is affixed laterally on the supporting frame with one side of the supporting frame supporting a wall on which the funnel, mixer, blender and motor/hopper are mounted; and the other side of the supporting frame is attached to the vacuum packaging machine; and whereas the infrared chamber and microwave chamber are mounted on top of the conveyor belt; and whereas the conveyor belt, infrared chamber and microwave chamber and the vacuum packaging machine are all encased in a glass casing; and wherein the tealeaves of the desired quantity are passed from the motor/hopper, which then pass through the fan blender and fall onto the conveyer belt; and the said tealeaves first pass through the infrared chamber and then pass through the microwave chamber and thereafter automatically vacuum packaged in the vacuum packaging machine without any intervention from outside the apparatus or human or manual intervention at the end of the conveyor belt, whereas the above stated arrangement is encased in a glass chamber and rests on a supporting frame which houses the controller power and also serves as storage space for the reprocessed packaged tealeaves.

摘要: A palatable green leaf tea from Camellia sinensis var. assamica is disclosed. Infusion of 2 g of the leaf tea in 200 ml water for 1.5 minutes at 90° C. produces a beverage comprising catechins in an amount of between 0.01 and 0.1% by weight of the beverage. Also disclosed is a process for manufacturing the leaf tea product wherein fresh leaf from var. assamica is macerated using a combination of a rotorvane and double-cone processor.

摘要: The present invention provides a novel heat-treated tea. The heat-treated tea is obtained by placing green tea leaves in a tea drier, supplying the drier with dry air heated externally to 200.degree. to 300.degree. C. and heating the drier from outside to heat the tea leaves to 200.degree. to 300.degree. C. for 20 to 60 minutes. The tea obtained is brown in color and can be served by brewing in hot water as is done with the traditional green or roasted tea. It has special flavor and aroma different from the traditional teas. The extract of said heat-treated tea is effective in disinfection or preventing hung-over or stiff shoulder. Additional of said extract to wheat flour for making noodles and breads will improve the taste and quality of the product.

The controller determines a first view of the machine on the worksite. The first view shows the actual position of the machine and a target position of the machine. The target position is located on a bucket circle. The controller determines a second view of the machine on the worksite. The second view has a first and a second indicator. The first indicator is indicative of the actual position and the actual orientation of the machine. The second indicator is indicative of the target position and a target orientation of the machine and includes a target circle. The controller displays any one of the first view and the second view based, at least in part, on the actual position of the machine relative to the target position on a display unit.
