摘要: A structure for gloves capable of heating around a fingertip. A heating harness is fastened to a fingertip of a glove through a cloth strip fixing structure. The glove includes a hand back portion and a palm portion. The heating harness is wrapped with insulating material, and sewn in the glove through a cloth casing and a sewn fabric edge. A width of both cloth strip and sewn fabric edge are selected for heating effect and wearing comfort. As an interface of an external power supply, a wiring point is disposed outside the glove, so that usage is simplified. In addition, the present disclosure further includes a temperature controller and a power input wire. A method is to wrap a heating harness and then sew, to ensure production efficiency and product quality. In the present disclosure, a fingertip is heated efficiently and accurately, so that warmth retention performance is improved.

摘要: A fine heating wire having a small diameter and applicable to various products. The fine heating wire is bendable, densely installed, and has high thermal efficiency. It includes a core formed with synthetic fiber material and a coil spirally wound around the outer portion of the core. The core connects one or more pairs of polyaramid fiber units. Each unit is formed by braiding dozens to hundreds of fine polyaramid fiber strands to maintain the diameter within 200-600 denier. The coil is formed of copper or copper alloy to withstand temperature rising up to 60° within five minutes when 3.7-12V power is supplied to maintain a resistance per unit length value equal to or greater than 0.5 Ω/m. The diameter of the fine heating wire is minimized to be installed inside a slim fiber, and is bendable and densely installed to be applied to products, such as gloves and socks.

摘要: Persons find heated gloves desirable for a variety of reasons, including arthritis and cold weather. Having gloves that can be heated in a microwave provides a convenient way to supply heat. By having gloves that are fingerless, use of touch-screen devices and precise work, such as sewing and knitting, is permitted. By having gloves that offer compression, persons with conditions such as arthritis or edema may find them desirable. Additionally, compression may make limbs colder and so the ability to supply heat may be advantageous. This invention offers a set of gloves with combinations of heat, fingerlessness, and compression.

摘要: A solar-assisted garment is described, which includes a garment body having a rear surface panel, front surface panel and interior surface between the panels, a solar panel on the front surface panel, a heating element in electrical communication with the solar panel and a rechargeable battery so that as the solar panel generates electrical current the heating element generates heat within the interior surface, the rechargeable battery in electrical communication with the solar panel for storing energy from the solar panel, and to provide electric current to the heating element. The garment further includes a USB device for charging the battery using one or more of a laptop, PC, or AC charger adaptor to an AC mains, and a DC charging adapter plug adjacent the USB device for permitting charging of the battery via connection to a secondary DC/DC universal adapter that in turn is connected to a DC power source.

摘要: Disclosed is a therapeutic glove with a removable heating pad. In one embodiment, the glove includes a thumb compartment and a finger and palm compartment. The finger and palm compartment includes a pocket on the top side and on the palm side thereof. Each pocket is elongated and spans between the front end and the wrist portion of the glove. Additionally, each pocket is adapted to enclose a heating pad therein, wherein the heating pad is shaped and dimensioned similarly to the pocket. Accordingly, the heating pad covers a substantial portion of the user's hand. The heating pad is reusable, and can transfer heat to the user's hand when placed in the pocket.
