摘要: An acoustic muffler for reducing noise emitted by a motorized food processing device is disclosed. The acoustic muffler includes a central chamber connected to both an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber. The inlet chamber is positioned to receive air and noise emitted by the food processing device's motor and the outlet chamber is open to the external environment. The cross-sectional area of the central chamber is at least three times greater than or three times less than the cross-sectional areas of the inlet chamber and the outlet chamber. By adjusting the relative cross-sectional areas of the inlet chamber, central chamber, and outlet chamber, the acoustic muffler can be tuned to reduce noise emitted by the food processing device in a specific frequency range. Additionally, since the acoustic muffler permits air to flow freely to and from the device's motor, cooling of the motor is not significantly impacted.

The housing may include an air inlet port and an exhaust port. The interior of the base includes a motor bore forming an air pathway connecting the air inlet port to the exhaust port. The motor bore also includes an entry aperture fluidly connecting the motor bore to the air inlet port. The entry aperture is indirectly in line with the air inlet port. The exit aperture fluidly connects the motor bore to the exhaust port, and the exit aperture is indirectly in line with the exhaust port.

摘要: A recipe program with a plurality of recipe instructions for the preparation of a food product includes recipe instructions to be executed by a multifunction cooking apparatus as controlled by a recipe execution engine. A recipe instruction analyzer module analyzes a recipe instruction with regard to parameters (cooking mode, temperature, ingredients) of the recipe instruction. A cleaning mode determination module determines suitable cleaning mode(s) dependent on the results of the analysis by using a decision module which associates one or more cleaning modes with the parameters. A cleaning mode selector module selects, in accordance with predefined selection rules, a particular cleaning mode from the suitable cleaning mode(s). A cleaning execution module executes the selected cleaning mode after completed execution of the respective recipe instruction if the respective recipe instruction is not associated with a non-cleaning indicator in the recipe program.

摘要: A heating control device for controlling a food processor is disclosed. During a heating process of the food processor, a temperature in a cup of the food processor is obtained at a predefined time interval. Whenever the obtained temperature in the cup reaches a current preset temperature threshold, the food processor starts a stirring operation for a first preset time period and stops after that, until the obtained temperature in the cup is greater than an upper limit of the preset temperature threshold. The preset temperature threshold is adjusted and defined as the current preset temperature threshold every time before the food processor starts the stirring operation. The heating control device for controlling the food processor solves a problem of a low accuracy in heating control that is caused by an unbalanced temperature in the cup of the food processor during the heating process.

摘要: A system for abating noise emanating from a kitchen electric appliance includes a base of a predetermined size, comprising a first instance of a noise reflecting material, so that said base is disposed underneath, supporting, and contiguous to said kitchen electric appliance, and a sleeve of a predetermined size, including a second instance of a noise reflecting material, one or more layers of at least one noise absorbing material, one closed end, and one open end, so that said one open end slides over said kitchen electric appliance and is contiguous to said base. Said noise is effectively abated by reverberating between said first instance of said noise reflecting material and said second instance of said noise reflecting material and is attenuated by said one or more layers of said at least one noise absorbing material.

摘要: A food processor is revealed. A food processing unit is disposed between two support units of a machine body and connected to the support units by a lifting unit. The food processing unit is dropped down into the machine body while the food processor is not in use. Thus a volume of the food processor is significantly reduced and both packing and transportation costs are further saved efficiently. The lifting unit is provided with a guiding slot formed on the support unit while the food processing unit includes a guiding block inserted through the guiding slot correspondingly. The lifting unit further includes an operation bar locked and connected with the guiding block. Thereby the food processing unit is moved and positioned vertically by such simple and easy design and the production cost of the food processor is further reduced.
