    摘要: The present invention relates generally to improved methods for the extraction and isolation of cannabinoids from hemp. More particularly, the present invention relates to a series of extraction and isolation processes employed to selectively enhance recovery of non-psychoactive cannabinoids and the like, from cannabis materials and extracts, while removing undesirable naturally occurring components that may be present including colorants, carbohydrates, sugars and waxes, and the like, as well as contaminants that may be present in source materials including bactericides, fungicides, insecticides, plant growth regulators, environmental pollutants, and processing aids, and the like. The present invention further relates to an isolate obtained using a series of extraction and isolation processes that has extremely high cannabinoid content present in a stable, flowable liquid form that is essentially free of detectable levels of psychoactive cannabinol components.

    摘要: Disclosed are: a method for utilizing a kombu (kelp) extract as an antibacterial auxiliary agent; and a method for utilizing a combination of the antibacterial auxiliary agent, lactoperoxidase, glucose oxidase and glucose as an antibacterial composition having a potent antibacterial activity. Specifically disclosed are: an antibacterial auxiliary agent comprising a fraction having a molecular weight of 5000 or less and produced from a kombu extract as an active ingredient; an antibacterial composition comprising the antibacterial auxiliary agent, lactoperoxidase, glucose oxidase and glucose; an antibacterial composition as mentioned above, which additionally comprises xanthane gum; and a food or beverage containing the antibacterial composition.

    摘要: A major object of the present technology is to provide a technology for obtaining an aloe extract which has an excellent processability into foods and contains sufficient amounts of β-sitosterol and aloe-derived dietary fibers as functional components. The present technology provides a method for manufacturing an aloe extract containing β-sitosterol, phospholipids, and dietary fibers which involves carrying out: a homogenization step for homogenizing an aloe mesophyll solution; an enzymatic degradation step for adding a polysaccharide-degrading enzyme to the homogenized aloe mesophyll solution and degrading polysaccharides contained in the aforementioned homogenized aloe mesophyll solution; and a membrane filtration step for membrane-filtering the enzyme-degraded aloe mesophyll solution with a microfiltration membrane or an ultrafiltration membrane and recovering the retentate fraction as an aloe extract.
