摘要: A system for mineralizing distilled water includes a splitter for splitting distilled water into primary and secondary portions; first and second conduits for conveying the primary and second portions, respectively; first and second columns comprising including first and second mineral matrices connected to the first and second conduits, respectively, to generate first and second mineralizing concentrate solutions; first and second mixing modules for combining a predefined amount of the mineralizing concentrate solutions with the primary portion of distilled water to form a mineralized water mixture; and a dispensing module for dispensing the mineralizing water mixture. A carbonator is also connected to the secondary conduit for dissolving carbon dioxide in the secondary portion of distilled water upstream of the first and second columns.

摘要: A method of producing a carbonated beverage comprising a blend of water and syrup having a predetermined final carbonation level. The method includes the steps of: introducing CO2 into a flowing stream of a product blend comprising water, syrup and dissolved oxygen, such that CO2 is dissolved in the product blend; deaerating the CO2-containing product blend by introducing the blend into a vented atmospheric vessel, the interior of which is at ambient pressure with a headspace maintained above the surface of the liquid within the vessel, whereby dissolved oxygen is released from the product blend and vented from the vessel; pumping the deaerated product blend from the vessel, wherein the deaerated blend includes dissolved CO2 at an intermediate carbonation level less than the final carbonation level; and carbonating the deaerated product blend to the final carbonation level downstream of the vented vessel to produce a carbonated beverage for subsequent packaging. A system for performing the method is also provided, as well as a method of producing a beverage using nitrogen deaeration.

摘要: Embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods for carbonating a liquid at ambient temperature. The system may include a liquid source; a carbon dioxide source; and a contactor for carbonating the liquid. The contactor may include channels and a sparge for carbonating liquid flowing through the channels. The system may produce a liquid having high levels of carbonation at ambient temperature. The sparge may generate microbubbles or nanobubbles to allow for cost-effective carbonation at ambient temperatures. The bubbles may have an average diameter of 100 μm or less. The system may carbonate liquid at a rate of 1 gram to 10 grams carbon dioxide per liter.

摘要: A mixing chamber for use in a beverage carbonation system is provided. In one embodiment, the mixing chamber includes a housing, an agitator, a motor assembly and a rigid plate. A housing of the agitator and a housing of the motor assembly can each include a set of magnetics disposed therein and magnetically coupled so as to provide magnetic coupling between the motor assembly and the agitator. The mixing chamber is configured to receive a gas, such as carbon dioxide, and a liquid, such as water, to form a carbonated fluid. The carbonated fluid can be dispensed from the beverage carbonation system as a beverage.

The hydrogen gas dissolution module 6 has a supply port 62 to which the hydrogen gas is supplied, a hydrogen chamber 63 communicating with the supply port 62 and filled with the hydrogen gas supplied from the supply port 62, and an exhaust port 64 communicating with the hydrogen chamber 63 and discharging the air in the hydrogen chamber 63. The exhaust port 64 is located in a lower part of the hydrogen chamber 63.

The fluid modifying and dispensing system may include a fluid dispensing assembly having a faucet coupled to the fluid modifying assembly and a vessel having a lid and a base. The base of the vessel may be configured to couple directly to the faucet to fill the vessel with the fluid.

摘要: Various systems, devices, and methods of selectively releasing carbon dioxide from a gas source in a carbonation system are provided. A carbonation system is one example of a treatment system to which the systems, devices, and methods described herein apply. In some embodiments, a motor of a carbonation system is configured to drive a cam in a first drive motion that moves the cam to push on a pin of a gas source. The cam pushing on the gas source's pin causes the gas source to open and thereby release gas. The motor is configured to drive the cam in a second drive motion that moves the cam back to its initial position, which removes force on the pin so that the pin can return to its initial position. The gas source thus closes such that gas cannot be released from the gas source until the cam moves again.

摘要: A module for continuously generating high-level carbonated water according to an embodiment relates to a module for continuously generating high-level carbonated water for continuously dispensing high-level water in a direct water type. The module includes: a mixing container part in which water W and carbon dioxide are mixed to generate the carbonated water; a micro water jet unit that generates a plunging jet in a direction of gravity with respect to a surface of water filled in the mixing container part; a carbonic acid gas supply unit that injects carbon dioxide gas from a lower side of the mixing container part to form a high-pressure carbonic acid gas layer in an opposite direction of gravity by buoyancy; and a carbonated water outlet unit that increases a dispersion of carbonic acid gas bubbles due to a turbulent flow formed by the micro water jet unit and the carbonic acid gas supply unit in the mixing container part to dispense the carbonated water to a lower portion of the mixing container part while the carbonated water dissolved instantaneously keeps a carbonation pressure of 3.5 or more, in which the micro water jet unit or the carbonic acid gas supply unit includes a member for an inner diameter shaft pipe for reducing an inner diameter of a first pipe part so that a microinjection port is formed in the first pipe part.
