The treatment tool sterilizer includes a sterilization tub configured to accommodate an object to be sterilized; a fresh water supply; an ozone water supply including a pressure pump configured to pressurize and transfer fresh water, an ozone generator, a mixer configured to mix fresh water and ozone, and a bubble generator connected to the mixer and configured to pass fresh water and ozone through the bubble generator so as to form micro bubbles; an ultrasonic generator; a drain; a heater mounted on the sterilization tub and configured to apply heat in the sterilization tub; and a controller configured to output a control signal.

摘要: A bubble generation device is provided which is capable of efficiently peeling off contaminants from a surface of a filtration membrane. There is provided a bubble discharge chamber disposed above a turnaround portion of a turnaround path. The turnaround path includes a first communication port communicating with a gas storage chamber and a second communication port communicating with the bubble discharge chamber on a downstream side of the turnaround portion. Each of the gas storage chamber and the bubble discharge chamber includes an opening facing downward at a lower end. A cross-sectional area of the bubble discharge chamber in a horizontal direction is equal to or larger than an opening area (a sum of the opening areas of the two second communication ports in an illustrated example) of the second communication port.

摘要: This application relates to an apparatus for reducing fine dust by using lightweight mixed air. The apparatus may include an apparatus main body configured to introduce and mix external air and remove the fine dust through adsorption, a seal type air mixing unit configured to mix the introduced external air and helium gas, an adsorption solution production unit configured to produce an adsorption solution for adsorbing the fine dust. The apparatus may also include an air bubble generation unit configured to generate air bubbles, emitted to outside, by using the adsorption solution, a flow control unit configured to control flow of air, so as to induce air bubble generation in the air bubble generation unit. The apparatus may further include a controller installed in a part of the apparatus main body and configured to control operations of the above units of the apparatus.

摘要: A chemical liquid preparation method of preparing a chemical liquid for treating a film formed on a substrate, including a gas dissolving process in which an oxygen-containing gas and an inert-gas-containing gas are dissolved in the chemical liquid by supplying the oxygen-containing gas which contains oxygen gas and the inert-gas-containing gas which contains an inert gas to a chemical liquid, wherein in the gas dissolving process, a dissolved oxygen concentration in the chemical liquid is adjusted by setting a mixing ratio between the oxygen-containing gas and the inert-gas-containing gas supplied to the chemical liquid as a mixing ratio corresponding to a predetermined target dissolved oxygen concentration.

摘要: Gas injection apparatuses include a primary gas chamber, a gas reduction chamber, and a fluid dispensing passageway. The primary gas chamber has a first cross sectional size and is fluidly connected to a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The gas reduction chamber has a second cross sectional size and is fluidly connected to the primary gas chamber, the gas inlet, and the gas outlet. The fluid dispensing passageway is fluidly connected to the gas reduction chamber by a gas delivery orifice having a third cross sectional size.

摘要: A wastewater treatment device has: an ozone generator which supplies ozone; a mixer which mixes ozone supplied from the ozone generator with wastewater and supplies ozone mixed wastewater; an ozone oxidation unit which progresses ozone oxidation in the ozone mixed wastewater while passing the ozone mixed wastewater therethrough and discharges wastewater in which the ozone has been consumed; a biological treatment unit which performs biological treatment on the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit using microorganisms; and an adjusting device which adjusts the amount of ozone to be mixed with the wastewater by the mixer so that ozone in an amount that inhibits the microorganisms of the biological treatment unit does not remain in the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit.

摘要: There is disclosed a stand-alone, independent and re-usable valve that can be mounted to a conventional food container, such as a food bag, and can be coupled to a suction pump. The valve has a first part for insertion into the food container and a second part for mounting onto the first part with a wall of the food container in between, to obtain an air-tight closure of the valve. Further, an adapter is provided that can cooperate with a single type of coupling element for a suction pump at one end and can cooperate with various types of valves at another end. Additionally, an aerator is provided that can be coupled to a suction pump operating in a blowing mode for aerating liquid.
