摘要： An apparatus for supplying a chemical liquid may include a stage on which a substrate is placed, a chemical liquid discharging member and a direction changing member. The chemical liquid discharging member may supply the chemical liquid onto at least two first regions of the substrate for first pixels along a first direction. Additionally, the chemical liquid discharging member may supply the chemical liquid onto at least two second regions of the substrate for second pixels along a second direction. The direction changing member may change a direction of the substrate from the second direction to the first direction.

摘要： A coating apparatus includes an open/close valve having a motor that allows control of opening operation and closing operation in accordance with electric signals applied from a controller. The coating apparatus further includes a suck back valve having a motor that allows control of a volume variation in a flow path for suck back that is in communication with an upstream side and a downstream side of a pipe in accordance with electric signals from the controller. The controller allows control of start of the closing operation of the open/close valve and start of suction operation of the suck back valve through application of the electric signals to the respective motors. This achieves simple adjustment of liquid cut-off.

摘要： Automated painting of a shoe sole portion is enhanced by use of a mask cover and an air knife with a paint assembly. The mask cover is positioned in front of a paint-emitting portion of a spray nozzle and is adapted to obstruct at least a portion of the paint intended to be emitted by the spray nozzle. The air knife is coupled to the mask cover and is adapted to emit a laminar fluid flow over the mask cover. The laminar fluid flow helps to limit unwanted diffusion of the paint as it passes along its intended spray path.
