    摘要: A lens manufacturing method including a holding step of holding a lens in a lens holding fixture, and a machining step of machining a surface to be machined in the held lens. A reverse surface of the surface to be machined is machined into a non-planar shape with a first surface shape error. A lens holding surface of the lens holding fixture is machined into the same shape as the non-planar shape with a second surface shape error smaller than the first surface shape error. In the holding step, the reverse surface is brought into surface contact with the holding surface in imitation of the holding surface to correct the shape of the lens such that the reverse surface runs along the holding surface. In the machining step, the surface to be machined is machined in a state where the correction has been made by the holding step.

    摘要: A polishing method comprising: arranging a polishing tool and a workpiece on lower and upper shaft sides of a polishing device, respectively, the polishing tool including: a polishing surface having a spherical zone shape; and a hole that is provided inside the polishing surface and concentric with an outer edge of the polishing surface around a rotation axis on a projection plane orthogonal to the rotation axis, a ratio of an outer diameter of the polishing surface to an inner diameter of the polishing surface being greater than 1.0 and 6.0 or less; and swinging the polishing tool relative to a reference point while rotating the polishing tool around the rotation axis. The reference point is positioned where a straight line, which passes through a center of the workpiece and intersects with the rotation axis, passes through a center of a spherical zone of the polishing surface in width direction.

    摘要: A device for grinding and/or polishing of, in particular, precision-optical spherical lens surfaces has a machine frame, a tool spindle for rotational drive of a tool about a tool axis of rotation and a workpiece spindle for rotational drive of a workpiece about a workpiece axis of rotation. The tool spindle and workpiece spindle are capable of axial relative adjustment in first and second directions extending perpendicularly to one another and in addition pivotable about a pivot axis in a pivot plane relative to one another. Equipment for cross-grinding adjustment is provided, which has an adjusting mechanism to position the workpiece spindle in a third direction extending perpendicularly to the first and second directions. A clamping mechanism activatable independently of the adjusting mechanism serves the purpose of fixing the workpiece spindle, once positioned, with respect to the machine frame.

    摘要: A polishing method for machining an optical surface of an optical lens uses a polishing wheel which has a wheel axis and a polishing face. The polishing wheel is moved in relation to the lens over the surface of the latter along a spiral machining path. The polishing wheel is rotated about the wheel axis, and is (simultaneously) rotated about an axis of rotation oriented perpendicularly to the wheel axis. The rotational speed of the polishing wheel about the wheel axis and/or the axis of rotation is reduced at the spiral center of the movement path. A workpiece fixture for receiving an optical lens stands opposite the polishing wheel, with the workpiece fixture and the polishing wheel being mounted movably in relation to one another along a spiral movement path. The rotational speed of the wheel axis can be coupled kinematically to the rotational speed of the axis of rotation.

    摘要: A polishing method for machining an optical surface of an optical lens uses a polishing wheel which has a wheel axis and a polishing face.
