    摘要: An extrusion molding apparatus comprises a shaping die for producing a ceramic molded product, and a screw extruder having built therein an extruding screw (40) for mixing while leading a ceramic material forward. The extruding screw (40) includes a pressing screw portion (410) having a first lead (411) and a dispersing screw portion (420) having a second lead (421) adjacent to a forward end (412) of the pressing screw portion (410). The second lead (421) is formed in such a manner that the rear ends of all the second lead surfaces (426) at the rear end (422) of the dispersing screw portion (420) and the forward end of the first lead surface (416) at the forward end (412) of the pressing screw portion (410) are displaced from each other.

    摘要: The invention herein relates to a kind of slug production device for brick-making machines, specifically referring to a kind of slug production device that is mainly comprised of a raw brick mixture filler trough and a vacuum trough, below which are the the parallel and horizontal members of two pressure tubes and two forming tubes, and positioned at the rear of the two pressure tubes and the two forming tubes are a pair of pressure mechanisms and, furthermore, at the bottom section of the raw brick mixture filler trough and the vacuum trough is a swing-type aggregate crushing mechanism such that after the raw brick mixture is loaded into the filler trough, the raw brick mixture is conveyed precisely into the pressure tubes and the pressure mechanism pistons at the rear of the two pressure tubes operate in a reciprocal movement to convey the raw brick material slugs into the vacuum trough then the raw brick material aggregate conveyed into the vacuum trough are guided into the forming tubes by the pressure mechanism and, furthermore, subjected to an equal forming and output pressure by the reciprocal operation of the pistons in the pressure mechanism at the rear of the forming tubes, which enables the invention herein to effectively achieve increased working efficiency and consistent slug quality.

The filter wires are supported by a set of support wires attached substantially perpendicular to the filter wires. The support wires are may also be advantageously wedge shaped. The filter screen of the present invention may have a wear resistant layer at the surface of the screen, typically a boride or a nitride. The wear resistant coating may also be a nickel-based coating.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method, for drying ceramic molded articles, are disclosed. A drying apparatus (1) comprises a drying chamber (10) for accommodating ceramic molded articles (8), a plurality of microwave generators (20) for supplying microwave energy into the drying chamber, and a conveyor (30) for charging the ceramic molded articles (8) continuously into the drying chamber (10), conveying the ceramic molded articles through the drying chamber, and delivering the ceramic molded articles from the drying chamber. The drying chamber (10) has arranged therein a plurality of the microwave generators (20) and at least a sensor (40) for detecting the distribution of the ceramic molded articles (8) in the drying chamber (10). Each microwave generator (20) is adapted to change the output thereof in accordance with the distribution of the ceramic molded articles (8) detected by the sensor (40).
