摘要: An apparatus to apply a foam seal to a part is provided. The apparatus comprises a receiving device to secure the part, a loading device and a driving device to drive the loading device. The receiving device includes a housing, a first rod coupled to the housing and at least partially disposed in the housing and a resilient member connected between the housing and the first rod at a radial direction. The loading device includes an actuating member and a holding member to hold the foam seal. The driving device is configured to move the loading device between a loading position and an application position and further drive the actuating member and the holding member to rotate around an axis parallel to the first rod. The actuation member contacts the housing while rotating and the foam seal on the holding member contacts the part at the application position.

The kit includes a substrate with an adhesive backing, and a substrate applicator that is operable to apply the substrate to the sheave as the sheave is rotated. The adhesive backing is operable to attach the substrate to the sheave during the sheave rotation.

摘要: A film assembly comprises an application sheet, and an inner release film comprises a first film portion, a second film portion and a pull portion. The first film portion covers an inner surface of the application sheet and is easily detachable. The second film portion forms one piece with the first film portion at a connection edge and folded thereunder. The pull portion is formed at the second film portion and protrudes out from a first edge of the first film portion. The pull portion is pulled along a pull direction away from the connection edge while the second film portion contacts the surface of the article to pull the second film portion in tandem, causing the first film portion to detach from the inner surface of the application sheet, such that the inner surface is attached to the surface of the article without attracting undesired substances.

摘要: An apparatus and method for coating the peripheral surfaces of a large plastic television frame. The frame is mounted on a special metal fixture having a surface that complements the peripheral surfaces of the frame. Composite material on a foil having good abrasion resistance, good chemical resistance, selective adhesion properties and high gloss characteristics is bonded to the plastic frame using heat and pressure, but bonding does not occur between the metal fixture and the composite material even though the same heat and pressure are applied to the composite material and to the fixture. The bonding apparatus includes a conveyor system, a foil dispensing roll, a foil take-up roll, a heated roller and structure to move the heated roller so as to squeeze the foil between the roller and the moving fixture and frame assembly. A complete manufacturing system includes a frame molding machine, the bonding apparatus, an inspection station and a packaging station.

摘要: A system and method for applying a screen protector to a handheld electronic device may provide a frame to surround the device and secure a screen protector over the device prior to final installation. The frame may provide supports to interface with screen protector cutouts to ensure a uniform fit. For rigid protectors, sets of small teeth may secure the protector to the frame and provide audible confirmation of proper mounting and eventual installation. When fitted over a device, a user may then push the screen protector downward for a perfect mounting of the protector to the device every time.

The hot-embossing device (2) has control inputs and outputs.The film-embossing apparatus (1) has an industrial robot (3) with control inputs and outputs. The control inputs and outputs of the hot-embossing device and of the industrial robot are connected to a control unit (7). The industrial robot (3) is formed such that it guides the workpiece (4) to the hot-embossing device (2), positions the workpiece (4) on the embossing stamp (21), guides the workpiece (4) past the embossing stamp (21), and guides the embossed workpiece away from the hot-embossing device (2). It can also be provided that the industrial robot (3) positions the hot-embossing device (2) on the workpiece (4).

摘要: The present invention provides a novel method for softlining rehabilitation of pipe conduits in which the lining hose comprises an inner layer of resin-absorbing material and an outer layer which is a disintegrable coating. The outer layer initially allows for soaking the resin-absorbing material with resin, but disintegrates during installation so that the resin can contact the interior surface of the pipe conduit and provide an improved rehabilitation method. The present invention further provides a novel lining hose for use in softlining rehabilitation.
