摘要: An ultrasonic sealing jaw (1) is used for sealing portions of plastic film to a tube so as to form a sealing engagement of the portions of plastic film around the circumference of the tube. The sealing jaw (1) includes a concave film-tube welding portion (7) for receiving the tube covered by the plastic films the film-tube welding portion (7) to form the film-tube attachment. Adjacent to at least one side of the film-tube welding portion (7) of the sealing jaw (1), is a substantially flat film-film welding portion (3, 4) for engaging the plastic film and sealing adjacent portions of plastic film to each other in an area adjoining the tube. A film-film welding portion (3, 4) defining a top plane (10) of the sealing jaw (1) has at least one recess with a surface (11) so as to form a cavity (12) and forms a cavity (12) with an opening towards the film-tube welding portion (7).

摘要: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for use in a fusion process for conduit. The method includes: heating and melting at least a portion of the terminal edges of the first conduit portion and the second conduit portion; and butt fusing the melted terminal edge of the first conduit portion with the melted terminal edge of the second conduit portion, thereby creating a fused joint area. A fusion apparatus for employing this method is also disclosed.

摘要: An ultrasonic sealing jaw (1) is used for sealing portions of plastic film to a tube so as to form a sealing engagement of the portions of plastic film around the circumference of the tube. Such processes may include for example friction welding. The method comprises monitoring energy input to the process and adjusting an input parameter for the process based on the monitored energy input. The monitoring of energy input is performed before any reduction in component magnitude has begun to take place.

The second axial side (32) of the horn member (28) can be operatively joined to a second rotatable axle member (36), and the second axle member (36) can be operatively joined to a second isolation member (44). The isolation members (42, 44) are capable of bending under a horn-life range of sonic frequencies to provide an operative component of motion along a radial direction (102) of each isolation member (42, 44), and an operative component of motion along an axial direction (100) of each isolation member.

摘要: The bonding apparatus 1 includes a leading end support part 10 that restricts a leading end 201 of the second plate-like member 200 from moving in an up and down direction, a trailing end support part 20 that restricts a trailing end 202 of the second plate-like member 200 from moving in an up and down direction, and an intermediate support part 40 that moves in the same direction as a bonding roller 30 while supporting the second plate-like member 200 at an intermediate point between the trailing end 202 and a bonding position P that is pressed by the bonding roller 30. When the bonding roller 30 is moving, the trailing end support part 20 keeps supporting the trailing end 202 at a lower position than the leading end 201, and the intermediate support part 40 keeps supporting the intermediate point of the second plate-like member 200 at a position lower than the leading end 201 but higher than the trailing end 202.
