    摘要: An apparatus is provided for compressing a loose solid feedstock. The apparatus includes a two stage compressor. The first compression stage is a screw compressor. The second compressor stage is a reciprocating compressor. The reciprocating compressor operates co-axially with, and receives its feed from, the screw compressor. A choke cone maintains pressure in the outfeed from the compressor stages. The reciprocating compressor, the screw compressor, and the choke cone are all adjustable in real time to control the compression of the feedstock according to a pre-programmed schedule that need not have equal compression and retraction strokes. The operation of the screw compressor may be advanced or eased off depending on the motion of the reciprocating compressor. The operation of the choke cone may be actively controlled to obtain a coordination with the compressor stages.

    摘要: An extrusion molding machine for producing a ceramic molding is provided in which a ceramic material which has not been kneaded is efficiently introduced to realize a high molding speed. The machine includes a screw extruder and a material introduction portion through which the material is introduced into the screw extruder. The material introduction portion is provided with a casing having an introduction passage connected to a housing of the screw extruder and an opening through which the material is charged, and right and left introduction screws provided in the introduction passage. The introduction screws are provided with lead portions wound in opposite directions and arranged so that the lead portions are engaged substantially in a non-contact state. The introduction screws are rotated so that the material is moved in a direction opposite to the opening at the engagement portion.

    摘要: An apparatus is provided for compressing a loose solid feedstock. The apparatus includes a two stage compressor. The first compression stage is a screw compressor. The second compressor stage is a reciprocating compressor. The reciprocating compressor operates co-axially with, and receives its feed from, the screw compressor. A choke cone maintains pressure in the outfeed from the compressor stages. The reciprocating compressor, the screw compressor, and the choke cone are all adjustable in real time to control the compression of the feedstock according to a pre-programmed schedule that need not have equal compression and retraction strokes. The operation of the screw compressor may be advanced or eased off depending on the motion of the reciprocating compressor.     摘要: A method of extruding a ceramic batch supplied from a vacuum auger machine into a formed body by a plunger molding machine, included the steps of loosening and crushing a supplied ceramic batch in the vacuum auger machine, extruding the loosened and crushed ceramic batch from the vacuum auger machine into a formed columnar body which is of a size able to be inserted into a cylinder of the plunger molding machine, and extruding the formed columnar body from the plunger molding machine to form a formed body of a predetermined shape. An apparatus for extruding a ceramic batch includes a vacuum auger machine having of a vacuum kneading section for kneading a ceramic material to produce a ceramic batch, a columnar body forming section for forming the kneaded ceramic material into a columnar body, and a batch transfer section having an auger for transferring the ceramic batch to the columnar body forming section. The apparatus further includes a grid drum having a grid provided on an exit side of the batch transfer section for loosening and crushing the ceramic batch kneaded in the vacuum kneading section before transferring the ceramic batch into the columnar body forming section.

    摘要: An apparatus for continuously extruding and drying/cooling cereal bran is provided. This apparatus comprises a feed screw extending horizontally from the bottom of a hopper, a main screw arranged in the cross direction to said feed screw at a proper position spaced under said feed screw, a frustoconical main screw top which is secured to the end of said main screw, said top being provided with a flight therearound, an agitating means positioned in said hopper, said means being operated intermittently by way of a ratchet gear system being operated by the revolution of said feed screw, a drying/cooling device vibrating at a certain angle of inclination, and a blower system which is connected directly to said drying/cooling device. With use of this apparatus, it is possible to produce even sized enzyme inactivated pellets of bran having a desired size and strength.
