    摘要: The system for applying a printing liquid or a printing auxiliary liquid to a rotogravure roller comprises a vat (B) containing an adhesive, lacquer or varnish (L) constituting the printing liquid or printing auxiliary liquid, a closed-chamber doctor blade device (D) communicating with the inside of the vat (B) by means of conduits (C1-C5) forming a closed circuit configured and arranged so as to extract the adhesive, lacquer or varnish (L) from the vat (B) through a first conduit (C1) and to apply same on the outer surface of the rotogravure roller (R), and to remove the leftover adhesive, lacquer or varnish (L) from the closed-chamber doctor blade device (D) and return same to the vat (B) through a second conduit (C2), and a viscosimeter (V) in fluid communication with the inside of the conduits (C1-C5) for measuring the viscosity of the adhesive, lacquer or varnish (L) flowing therethrough.

    摘要: A flexographic printing unit (17) for a converting machine (10). The flexographic printing unit comprises a flexographic printing assembly (28) including a printing cylinder (30), an anilox cylinder, a counter cylinder (32) and a doctor blade chamber (36). The printing cylinder being arranged vertically above the counter cylinder and configured to print on a top side (S1) of a sheet (1). The flexographic printing unit comprises a fixed frame portion (102) and a movable frame portion (104), and the printing cylinder, anilox cylinder and the doctor blade chamber are attached to the movable frame portion and the counter cylinder is attached to the fixed frame portion. The movable frame portion being vertically movable between an operating position where the printing cylinder is positioned against the counter cylinder and a service position where the printing cylinder is further distanced from the counter cylinder.

    摘要: An apparatus includes a washing water supplying path connected to an ink chamber, including a seal blade and a doctor blade slidably contacting an outer circumference of an anilox roll; a washing water supplier for supplying washing water to an inside of the ink chamber through the washing water supplying path; a supplying path opening/closing device that opens and closes the washing water supplying path; a washing water recovering paths connected to the ink chamber; a suction recovering device that recovers the washing water in the ink chamber by suction through the washing water recovering path; and a controller that controls operations of the washing water supplier, the supplying path opening/closing device, and the suction recovering device. The control mode includes a decompression control mode in which the seal blade is elastically deformed towards the ink chamber by decompressing the inside of the ink chamber by recovering the washing water.
