摘要: An inkjet forming method is provided that manufactures a three-dimensional object by vertically stacking multiple horizontally extending layers. The contour of a region in one layer, constituting a target object, in the horizontal direction is contiguous with a region in the layer constituting a removable portion and is vertically contiguous with a region constituting the target object in another layer immediately above and vertically contiguous with the one layer. At least a part of the region constituting the removable portion forms a contour of the layer in the horizontal direction. When a target layer is formed by the inkjet forming method, entirety of the target layer and an entire contour of the target layer in the horizontal direction are vertically contiguous with an inner part of another layer immediately below the target layer than a contour of the layer immediately below the target layer in the horizontal direction.

摘要: Aqueous ink jet ink compositions can be used for ink jet printing colored or invisible images on receiver elements. These compositions contain a polymeric agent comprising core-shell polymeric particles. The core of the particles comprises a hydrophobic polymer having an acid number less than 10. The shell of the particles comprises a hydrophilic polymer having an acid number of at least 70. The weight ratio of the core to the shell is at least 50:50 and up to and including 90:10. Such compositions can be used in various ink jet printing systems including drop on demand and continuous ink jet printing systems.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for preventing oxidation or contamination during a circuit printing operation. The circuit printing operation can be directed to OLED-type printing. In an exemplary embodiment, the printing process is conducted at a load-locked printer housing having one or more of chambers. Each chamber is partitioned from the other chambers by physical gates or fluidic curtains. A controller coordinates transportation of a substrate through the system and purges the system by timely opening appropriate gates. The controller may also control the printing operation by energizing the print-head at a time when the substrate is positioned substantially thereunder.

摘要: An inkjet printing method includes in order the steps of: a) providing to an inkjet printer one or more colorless liquids and a white ink including a pigment with a refractive index greater than 1.60; b) mixing the white ink in a controlled amount with the one or more colorless liquids to form a white ink-mixture wherein the viscosity is reduced by at least 5 mPa·s by reference to the white ink when measuring the viscosity at 40° C. with a Brookfield DV-II+Pro at 12 rotations per minute; and c) printing the white ink-mixture with the inkjet printer onto an ink-receiver. Additionally, a color inkjet ink set includes the one or more colorless liquids and the white ink, and an inkjet printer for use in the inkjet printing method.
