摘要： A method and apparatus for sealing a plastic enclosure is provided. The apparatus includes a handle including elements pivotally coupled together at a first end. The apparatus also includes a heating element positioned along an inner surface of an element and connected to a power source where a longitudinal axis of the heating element is oriented parallel with a longitudinal axis of the element. Plastic material including first and second plastic layers is positioned at an interface between the second elements. Upon pivoting the first elements from an open position to a closed position the heating element increases a temperature at the interface to melt the plastic material and form a seal between the first and second plastic layers.

摘要： Disclosed is a tray sealing apparatus for sealing a disposable tray with a thermoplastic sealing film. The tray sealing apparatus includes: a base body having a top surface and a tray reception cavity formed in the upper surface; and a heater unit for heating the sealing film that the sealing film adheres by fusion to the flange of the tray inserted in the tray reception cavity. The heater unit includes a principal surface with a predetermined width, and a thin strip-type electric heating element formed in a closed curve shape corresponding to the shape of the flange of the tray. When sealing the tray with the seal film by fusion, the peripheral surface of the electric heating element is disposed along the whole flange of the tray with the seal film being interposed therebetween so as to apply the heat generated by the electric heating element to the seal film.

摘要： A hand-held electric sealer with dual heads includes a seat, a sealing module, a press cover, a supporting casing, and a battery cover. The seat has a central engaging rod and a first replacement element. The sealing module can be attached to, or detached from, the seat. The press cover includes a central engaging piece, a heat insulation block, and a second replacement element. Through engagement of the central engaging piece with the central engaging rod, the press cover can be selectively swung to press the heat insulation block against the sealing module, or to press the second replacement element against the first replacement element. The first replacement element and the second replacement element can be substituted with an appropriate module element upon demand on various functions.

A hand-held, portable sealing mechanism is adapted and constructed to hermetically seal flowable materials within the at least one sealable container. The sealing mechanism is of sufficient compactness and lightness to render it capable of being carried on the person of a user. The sealing mechanism is used to seal flowable materials in to the at least one container in sufficient quantity to permit transportation of the sealed, filled pouch in carry-on baggage of a passenger of the commercial passenger flight.
