摘要: Disclosed is an insert configured to cover and provide access to the internal storage compartment of an insulating container, such as a cooler. The insert effectively minimizes thermal exchange between the internal storage compartment and the surrounding environment, while still providing for ready access to items stored in the insulating container. An example insert comprises an insulating panel and a frame configured to support and position the insulating panel over an internal storage compartment of an insulting container. The insulating panel includes one or more self-sealing openings through which items stored within the internal storage compartment of the insulating container can be extracted. Each of the one or more self-sealing openings is configured to stretch for access during use and to contract when not in use.

摘要: A cooler insert partition is provided for a container having a hard-walled internal chamber surface. The partition has a spanning matrix and a peripherally extensive margin that defines a dimensionally variable boundary that follows the tapered chamber wall, functions as a wiper, and is deformable in at least one of (a) in-plane compression; and (b) out-of-plane deflection. The margin forms an edge of the spanning matrix. The partition is insulated, and is softer and more flexible than the hard-walled chamber surface. The periphery is thinner in cross-section than the spanning matrix and has a smaller specific flexural modulus. The partition has articulated panel sections. The partition is made from a single polymeric monolith that has been cut and formed. In use the partition is progressively re-positioned in the chamber to minimize dead air space as container contents are removed.

摘要: A snap-fit cooler box includes an outer shell, an inner shell, a plurality of inner snap-fit components, a plurality of outer snap-fit components, an insulating material and a cover. A closing end and an opening end are respectively formed on opposite sides of the outer shell; a container and a connecting flange are disposed on the inner shell. The inner snap-fit components are disposed between the closing end and the container, the outer snap-fit components are disposed between the opening end and the connecting flange. The inner and outer snap-fit components are used for allowing the inner shell to snap into the outer shell without using screws or nails. Therefore, the inner shell will not leak internal water to the exterior of the outer shell.

摘要: This present invention relates to a modifiable, removable rack insert for an interior section of a cooler or ice chest. The rack insert supports game meat, fish and other items above the base of the cooler, thereby allowing dirt, grass and other debris to keep separate from the items stored on the rack. Additionally, the rack insert surface facilitates proper drainage of liquid and other debris therefrom so that the items stored thereon are not in contact with the same for extended periods of time. The modified rack insert is adjustable in size and can accommodate different sized coolers as per the requirements of its user.

摘要: An insulated cooler comprises a body and a lid at least partially connected to the body, where each is comprised of soft thermoplastic material. The body includes a base comprising rigid plastic connected to the body via a first thermoplastic sealing strip heat welded to the bottom edges of the body, and sewn to top edges of the base. The lid includes a top comprising rigid plastic connected to top edges of the lid via a second thermoplastic sealing strip heat welded to the top edges of the lid, and sewn to bottom edges of the top. The cooler also includes a waterproof liner disposed along inner surfaces of the body and the lid, insulation disposed between the liner and the body and lid, and a zipper closing the lid to the body. A method of manufacturing an insulated cooler is also disclosed. This is helpful for transporting cooler conveniently and increasing the capabilities of the cooler.

摘要: Apparatuses, systems, and methods are presented for nesting lid containers. An apparatus includes a first container that includes a bottom, at least one container side wall located perpendicular to a first surface of the bottom and extending from the first surface of the bottom to an open top to form a container, at least one divider side wall configured to partition the container into a plurality of sections, and a suction-type element located on a second surface of the bottom opposite the first surface, the suction-type element configured to selectively adhere the first container to a surface. An apparatus includes a second container that is configured to receive the at least one container side wall of the first container and selectively be secured to the first container such that the second container acts as a lid for the first container.
