摘要: An apparatus and method for unloading a plurality of items from a carrier is provided. The items are preloaded in the carrier, in a column having a top row. The apparatus has a first conveyor which has a first end for approaching the top row, an opposite second end and a conveyor body connecting the first end and the second end. The first end has an end platform for receiving the top row and an arm associated with the end platform for transporting the top row onto the end platform. A second conveyor is operatively connected to the first conveyor for receiving the top row from the first conveyor and transporting the top row for further processing the top row. The apparatus also has a control unit for controlling the movement of the first conveyor and the second conveyor.

摘要: An apparatus for separating and moving a selected number of items, such as a sheets, boards or blanks is provided in which a robotic arm is constructed with forks capable of securely compressing a desired number of items therebetween for displacement from a stack of the items. The items to be grasped by the arm are initially separated from the remainder of the stack by a separation mechanism that can be mounted directly to the arm or to a support structure for the stack of items. The separation mechanism engages and lifts the desired number of items from the stack to enable the forks on the arm to engage each side of the items. The apparatus can be quickly reconfigured to engage and remove any desired number of items from the stack and/or to accommodate changes I the shape, size and/or thickness of the items.

摘要: The present invention describes a machine (100) for moving overlapped layers of objects (S1-SN), said overlapped layers forming a stack (1) having a main developing direction (D1), comprising: means (2) for picking up at least one layer of objects (SI) arranged on the top of the stack (1), said picking up means (2) being configured to perform a first translation along a direction (D2) parallel to the main developing direction (D1) of the stack to engage with said at least one layer of objects (SI) and to perform a second translation reversibly along a direction (D3) orthogonal to the main developing direction of the stack (1), a plane (10) for transferring said at least one layer of objects (SI), said transferring plane (10) being configured to perform a reversible translation along a direction (D4) parallel to the main developing direction of the stack (1) between a loading position (A) of said at least one layer of objects (SI) and an unloading position of said at least one layer of objects (SI) towards a working plane (11). In said loading position (A) of the transferring plane (10), the picking up means (2) are configured to perform the second translation to move said at least one layer of objects (SI) on the transferring plane (10). The picking up means (2) and said transferring plane (9) are configured to translate in a direction parallel to the main developing direction (D1) of the stack (1) independently from one another. The transferring plane (10) comprises means (21) for moving said at least one layer of objects (SI) from the transferring plane (10) to the working plane (11).

摘要: A transfer apparatus for an article or group of articles includes a carriage assembly (6) for moving an article substantially horizontally from a first location to a second location. The carriage assembly (6) includes an elongate transfer member (19) and a conveyor (20) which is movable relative to the elongate transfer member (19). A support (1) engages and supports the carriage assembly (6) so that the elongate transfer member (19) is movable substantially vertically on the support (1).

摘要: The apparatus is used for picking up arbitrary, especially heavy, articles. It includes a receiving table and an auxiliary pickup member located above the receiving table. A roller-like pickup member is arranged at the front end of the receiving table for exerting a lifting force to a vertical surface or front face of an article to be picked up. The auxiliary pickup member applies a second, horizontal force to the top side of the article. In this way a torque is generated, which supports tilting and lifting the article.

摘要: The edges of the upper portion of a stack of sheets are driven horizontally into the high friction periphery of a rotating roll which raises the edge portions from the stack in succession. The rotating roll is then pivoted about an external axis until it is supportingly disposed under the raised batch. A second roll or roller is then lowered onto the batch so that the raised edge portion is confined between it and the lower rotating roll. A nip is thereby formed and the entire batch of sheets is then driven therethrough for use downstream.

摘要: A handling method and apparatus for a stacked box can pull vertically upward and take out a stacked box having an open top surface. The handling method and apparatus gripes and moves the stacked box having an open top surface with the handling apparatus attached to a robot arm. The handling apparatus is moved to above a stacked uppermost box, a wedge member having a flat plate shape is inserted along outer surfaces of two opposite edges of an upper box, a claw provided to the wedge member is projected in a direction approaching the box and engaged with a lower surface of an outer flange of the box, and the box is lifted vertically upward and then a fall prevention hanger is driven on a lower side of the box to cause the box to be gripped by the handling apparatus and then moved by the robot arm.
