    摘要: A spray combining apparatus for use at the outlet of a fluid collection system (10) includes an outlet pipe (11) containing a diffuser and atomizer (15) adjacent an outlet opening (18). A conical rain cap (19) is mounted vertically above the outlet opening. A downwardly-facing nipple and spray nozzle (22) is positioned above the rain cap. The nozzle is supplied with a pressurized second fluid from a source (26). If first fluid is detected in the outlet, the second fluid is discharged through the spray nozzle in a selected enveloping pattern toward the outlet. As the atomized first fluid is emitted from the outlet opening, it is combined with the enveloping spray of the second fluid. The resulting neutralized or "washed" product is either suspended in the air, or is contained in the vicinity of the outlet.

    摘要: An automatic ammonia hydroxide deployment system comprises an ammonia hydroxide deployment device and an automatic ammonia hydroxide deployment controlling device. The ammonia hydroxide deployment device includes a chamber for storing ammonia hydroxide, an ammonia pipe and a water pipe. The automatic ammonia hydroxide deployment controlling device includes an electrical conductivity meter, a liquid level sensor and an operating controller. The electrical conductivity meter is for detecting an electrical conductivity of the ammonia hydroxide in the chamber. The operating controller is configured to obtain an ammonia concentration of the ammonia hydroxide according to the electrical conductivity of the ammonia hydroxide. The operating controller adjusts ammonia gas flowing into the chamber according to whether the ammonia concentration is less than a predetermined threshold or not, and adjusts water flowing into the chamber according to whether the liquid level is lower than a predetermined lower threshold or not.

    摘要: The invention is a process and apparatus useful for preparing an aqueous ammonia solution at a temperature below the boiling point thereof by single stage dilution of anhydrous ammonia with water. In the invention, an anhydrous ammonia fluid comprising ammonia vapor is mixed with water to provide an aqueous ammonia fluid at a first temperature above the boiling point of said aqueous ammonia fluid, the aqueous ammonia fluid is cooled to a second temperature above the boiling point of said aqueous ammonia fluid, and the cooled aqueous ammonia fluid is then indirectly contacted with liquid anhydrous ammonia to further cool said aqueous ammonia fluid to a temperature below its boiling point and thereby heat the liquid anhydrous ammonia to vaporize at least a portion thereof. The heated anhydrous ammonia fluid is utilized in the process of this invention to provide the aqueous ammonia fluid. An apparatus for carrying out the above process is also described, including a novel mixing nozzle for use in mixing the anydrous ammonia fluid with water to provide an aqueous ammonia fluid at a first temperature above the boiling point of said aqueous ammonia fluid.
