摘要: The invention is directed to cleaning of micro- and mini-reactors for controlled process management and for avoiding blockages on carrying out chemical reactions and physical processes. The invention is characterized in that the micro- or mini-reactor is cleaned by means of a controlled pressure increase with a subsequent sudden release or with a gas pressure surge in a cyclical manner or using a controller. Wall deposits formed from solid material(s) involved in the chemical synthesis or the physical process are thus almost completely removed such that, after the cleaning procedure, the initial operating pressure can be set in the micro- or mini-reactor. A blockage of the micro- or mini-reactor can thus be avoided and the transferring of said production method to the production scale with micro- or mini-reactors is possible for the first time. The above is particularly true for reactions in which educts in the form of suspensions are used and/or solid products arise, such as in the production of azo dyes, for example.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for continuously preparing a water-soluble azo dye by coupling a nebulizer with a pipeline. According to the method, the nebulizer is coupled with a pipeline with an interception tower plate, atomized and mixed reaction liquid flow flows through the pipeline with the interception tower plate, and mixing and reacting are further enhanced through turbulent mixing on the tower plate, so that instant separation of reaction heat generated in an atomizing contact reaction from a reactant is achieved, and normal-temperature rapid continuous production of the water-soluble azo dye is achieved. Fog drops which are atomized by using the nebulizer have small particle diameter and large specific surface area, so that a diazo salt and a coupling component are sprayed separately, move face to face and can be fully contacted, and mixing and reacting speeds are increased. The preparation method is simple, and compared with preparation of a dye of the same kind with a batch reactor, in the reparation process of the water-soluble azo dye, a cold source is not required to be added additionally for cooling, thereby reducing energy consumption and improving production quality and efficiency.
