摘要:
Methods and compositions for detecting MusPV, also known as MmuPv1, infection of a rodent subject are described according to aspects of the present invention. In specific aspects, the present invention relates to assays for detecting MusPV infection of a rodent subject; vaccine compositions for inducing an immunological response against MusPV in a rodent subject; methods of inducing an immunological response to MusPV in a rodent subject; isolated MusPV protein; isolated antibodies which specifically binds to an MusPV protein, a fragment or variant thereof; isolated recombinantly expressed MusPV proteins; expression constructs comprising a nucleic acid encoding an MusPV protein; host cells comprising the expression construct; and hybridoma cell lines expressing an anti-MusPV monoclonal antibody specific for MusPV.
摘要:
A live, infective stock of a new human papillomavirus, HPV IU, is provided. HPV IU is related to but distinct from HPV MM7 and HPV LVX82. An isolated nucleic acid comprising the genome of HPV IU is also provided. Methods of using HPV IU to develop and test HPV vaccines and HPV antiviral agents are also provided.

摘要:
This invention relates to a DNA encoding a peptide of a papilloma virus major capsid protein. Furthermore, this invention deals with a papilloma virus genome containing such a DNA. In addition, this invention concerns proteins encoded by the papilloma virus genome and virus-like particles as well as antibodies directed thereagainst and the use thereof and the use thereof in diagnosis, treatment and vaccination.
摘要:
The invention describes the isolation for the first time of human papilloma virus (HPV) 57, the partial characterization of its genome and its cloning in pUC 19. This opens up a way of diagnosing those tumors (oral, genital and cutaneous tumors) which are associated with HPV 57.
摘要:
Disclosed herein are compositions and methods for detecting and diagnosing HPV in subjects. The method includes using Next Gen Sequencing for detecting HPV in a sample and determining the specific subtype of HPV infection based on the sequencing data.
摘要:
The present invention relates to previously undescribed viruses that are associated with significant expansion of the virome, immunodeficiency, and enteropathy during lentiviral infection. The invention also provides methods to detect acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) or AIDS progression in a subject, methods to diagnose immunodeficiency or enteropathy in a subject, and methods to identify a therapeutic agent to treat the same.
